Atrocious customer service. Don’t take your poor career choice or your bad day out on the customer. LIZBETH at the window, please don’t argue with me just because you did not correctly capture my order. Save the eye rolling and attitude…

I just had the Strawberry Fields Salad with grilled chicken… OMG! This is the best salad I have ever had from a fast food place. Everyone should try it! And this location on Park Rd in Plano has very friendly employees, too!

I cringe everytime I pull up to the menu to order. I can repeat my order 12 times and it’s still incorrect and then at the window the cashier wants to explain some shady math to me to correct the order. I love Wendy’s but this location is awful.

I screamed my order 12 times. Yes, 12. Why? I guess I was so hungry I wasn’t thinking straight. Then the mgr sounding annoyed at me/intercom told me to just order at the window. Um, there were 5 cars ahead of me. Is he serious? Why did they renovate this place but keep a crap intercom and employees that don’t speak a word of English? And a manager with crap attitude?

i am writing a review about wendy’s. is this what rock bottom looks like. positives: spicy chicken nuggets are always delicious and consistently on point, have never received weird cold little fossilized nubbins of cardboard dipped in stale breadcrumbs here(i’m looking at you, frankford + preston location). located close enough to my apartment to facilitate an embarrassing frequency of food runs. THOSEARETHEONLYPOSITIVES. negatives: pretty sure the drive-thru speaker system is actually two potatoes fused together with yarn, the employees can never understand my order even if i’m screaming it at one carefully enunciated word per minute. also suspect that amount of training expended on employees consists only of a five-minute crash course on ensuring chicken nuggets are served hot and fresh. because they get literally everything else wrong. always. items are incorrect or missing so frequently that my trips through the drive-thru always conclude with me suspiciously rummaging through my failure bag immediately after obtaining it and discovering that i got the wrong salad dressing. also, once i changed my mind halfway through ordering a sandwich and decided i wanted a different sandwich and the drive-thru bro just started randomly punching in add-on ingredients to the original sandwich to make it match the new one like WHATAREYOUEVENDOINGSTOPIT. he apologized and said he was told by his manager to revise orders like that, which meant i ended up paying two dollars more than menu price for literally no reason. i know it’s only two dollars but damn that’s like a whole order of chicken nuggets. the moral of this very sad and poignant fast food story is that nobody ever knows what they’re doing and are probably receiving awful to no direction from management. i even called the manager to be like«hey what’s up why is your wendy’s drive-thru the worst» but even that was a whole ordeal. please y’all step up your service game to match your nugget game.

I always eat in at this location. The drive-thru line often goes around the building, whereas the«for here» part of the restaurant is fast and efficient. I usually get one of the«value combo meals» here. I especially recommend the Spicy Nugget combo and the Crispy Chicken sandwich combo. For around $ 3 plus tax, you get an entrée, a small order of french fries, and a small drink. Hard to beat. This location is almost always clean, service is good, and the food comes out hot and tasty. This Wendy’s seems to have several bad reviews. Having gone here several times for lunch, I have yet to have a bad experience here. I would recommend this Wendy’s location overall.
