Great service, hot fries, fancy décor, techno music on Christmas Eve! Bathrooms are clean and employees wear smiles. Happy kids, Happy Mom! Came here to eat after taking pictures with Santa across at Willow Bend. Less busy and have WiFi.

I love this McDonald’s. I drive out of my way to go to it because since I’ve been going they have been great!!! Well they got a new girl that works in drive thru and I swear if she isn’t the rudest person I have encountered without even having a complaint. I always ask for a lot of sweet n sour and I have no problem pay when they tell me I need to. I asked her nicely and she looked at me like I asked her to have sex with me. She said whatever and got me some. Fast food an easy job. I was a manager for 4 years so to have an attituded like that in drive thru is unacceptable. Put a smile on and do the job you accepted. It really isn’t that hard.

Still awful service. Never put light ice when asked. Dinner time and don’t have hot fries ready… have to pull up and wait for fries. Then they hand me a drink, remade with light ice, with the top not on all the way and tea all over outside so gets in my nice clean car. Asked for refund on fries cuz that would take less time than pulling up and waiting.
They don’t listen to orders properly, double check orders, ask if you want ketchup, or make sure napkins and straw in bag.
You need to stay at the window and check order yourself and that you have everything u need before pulling away! If they ask u to pull up, say no, only then will they quickly get your order right.

If you’re planning to stop and eat in, be prepared to listen to televangelist style white bread Christian music. Just awful. No wonder the dining room was empty.

I usually don’t rate more than one restaurant in a chain, but this McDonald’s has a noteworthy interior. Lots of dark, stained wood paneling, chandeliers and other old world decorative features. Strange.
The Coke Freestyle machine is a lie. It’s not «free» at all. You can’t mix any flavor with any drink. Instead you can only choose from certain flavors with each drink. It reeks of central planning. The flavors are terrible too. The machine is worthless garbage.

Pretty solid McDonald’s overall.
During peak times, the lines to the cashiers can be a bit confused, and there can be a bottleneck at the drink machine. It’s one of those high-​tech ones with a ton of options, but there is only one. Fortunately, the cashiers will often notice the backup and offer to fill drinks at their machines.
Nice playground area for the kids.

I really want to give this review no stars but its not a option. I agree with everything Denise said and some of Tom’s. I go allll the time out of convenience. They 9⁄10 times do not get my order right or the tea is not sweet. It’s sooo annoying. They just flat out DO NOT listen that is the only problem. Just open your ears and listen to what people are ordering. it is nice inside, staff is friendly they just don’t LISTEN. And the freestyle soda machine is cool. So I guess the good stuff is worth one star.

I disagree with Denise’s review — this McDonald’s has been great every time I’ve visited. Very clean store, friendly staff, and the food has always been fresh (and correct). They also have a Coke Freestyle machine, so they have hundreds of drink options. I managed a McDonald’s for 4 years so I am generally picky when it comes to visiting stores, but this one is definitely one of the best I’ve seen.
I should note that I’ve always visited during the day; I can’t say anything about the evening or late-​night service.
