Great location. Customer service here is phenomenal. And one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I have had at a Jersey Mike location much less any where else in a long time.

Great sub for a great price! My favorite sub place! The food is much fresher than any other sub chain. And there’s no shady spokesmen. The people that work there know what they’re doing and will not make me wait forever. Strongly recommend.

A good place to have some decent sandwiches. Not any extraordinary taste but Love the size especially !! The large is good for 2 people. I wish they had vegetarian options in the subs. Would not recommend the wraps though. Also, I like a sandwich place with soup or fries or a fruit bowl. You won’t get either of the sides here but over all a good place for a quick n filling bite.

Service was horrible! Don’t know why I picked this place over firehouse. Rude employees. Won’t happen again!

I love their mini turkey and provolone Mike’s way with the spicy pepper spread, jalapeños, banana peppers, pickles, and vinegar. It’s basically a salad once I add everything but that’s why the mini feeds me! The guys working here are always so super nice too. You get a friendly hello and prompt service. They go as fast as they can during the lunch hour rush but be prepared to wait in a line a little bit… they do slice the meat and cheese on demand so of course it takes a little time!

The wife & I got hooked on Jersey Mike’s while in No Virginia… this one is about 15 minutes from the house and inconvenient… that doesn’t stop us from giving their«Philly» subs a big round of applause… especially on their wheat rolls… But, now for the best part, there’s a new JM’s going in really close to our house on Coit near Legacy… Yah Mon…

Best sandwich in town, always good. I get the hot sub Big Kahuna or the Italian. I’m so glad they have one close to my office and one close to my house in McKinney ! The guys behind the counter are always friendly and work their butts off at lunch!

The food is always excellent and deserves a 5-star rating but for some reason the staff at this location have been very rude, condescending, and act irritated the past few times I’ve been to this location. I am a vegetarian and request for a clean slicer when I get my cheese, which is no big deal everywhere else but the employees didn’t like that I asked them to do something of effort. Attitude at everything I said. It was maybe 4pm, after lunch rush, before dinner rush. Shouldn’t have been this big of a deal. Will go to another location where they are nice to me next time.

Went there to grab dinner tonight and the service was horrible. I went to order my 2 sandwiches I wanted the rosemary bread but the guy told me all they had was wheat so I said ok. Then I noticed on the bread rack there was some rosemary bread. I told the employee and he said oh. How do you not know that there are 3 or 4 loaves of the bread of rosemary bread? He then screws up my second sandwich gives me turkey instead of roast beef. I let him know and then you can tell he is not happy. After I had paid for my order and was getting my drinks I noticed he messed up another guys order behind me. He also did not apologize to that customer and you could tell he was not happy as he was throwing the toppings on the sandwich. Thank goodness the sandwiches were good because the service left a bad taste in my MOUTH!

I visited Jersey Mike’s for lunch last week. It was my first time. I really enjoyed my sandwich, I had the Tuna and got it Mike’s Way. Which I believe is lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar and spices. Pretty tasty! We walked in to no line and a friendly greeting. Our sandwiches were made promptly. I was hoping to add in some avocado but was told they did not have that as an option. It looked like the sandwiches were fairly simple, so if you’re looking for a whole lot of add-ins to your sandwich you may want to go elsewhere. They only had a limited selection of cheese as well. It worked out for me, because everything I normally put on a sandwich, they had available. The prices were fair as well. My husband got the Jersey Shore sandwich which was very good. next time, I’m getting that one!

I had a high school football coach who always said ‘Don’t become the next Wally Pipp”. For those of you that don’t know who that is, he was a baseball player for the Yankees in the 1920’s. His biggest claim to fame is that he decided to take the day off and sit out of a game due to a headache. In his place, they played his backup at first base, Lou Gerhig. Lou Gerhig went on to become one of the best baseball players of all time and started in a then record 2,130 games in a row. Either way, the moral of the story is don’t take a day off, the person who takes your place might be better than you. I had this exact situation happen today. I got hungry for lunch and decided I wanted a Philly cheesesteak from Lenny’s sub shop. I got in my car, drove the five miles to Lenny’s, and was told«We’re out of cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks». I was disappointed and decided I didn’t want to eat there any more. I mean I understand if they run out at 9pm on a Sunday, or if there are a million people in the restaurant, but the restaurant was empty and it was lunch time on a Monday. Come on man. As a result of Lenny’s taking a day off, I decided to try Jersey Mike’s, and it worked out well. I tried the Italian and the cheesesteak. Both were amazing and made to order. They were even better than the subs I loved at Lenny’s. All in all, I am happy that I tried Jersey Mike’s and I will be back many times. Looks like Lenny’s is the next Wally Pipp.

Ahhh… I love Jersey Mike’s. I only discovered them this year and it’s the little things that they do so well. Here are some of them(limited to three words each): — Fresh-cut meats. — High-quality ingredients. — Above-average pricing. — Super-friendly staff. — Attention to detail. — Efficient, clean packaging. — Easy online ordering. — Cherry. Pepper. Relish. Today was my first visit to this location and it’s just as good as the others I’ve been to. They are officially my favorite chain sandwich shop. Bravo, Mike. Bravo.
