Come on, it’s Jimmy Johns. Their sandwiches are consistently delish & delivery is seriously freaky fast. I don’t understand the poor reviews. What’s not to like people.

Sandwiches was good, but man the delivery person delivered my sandwich way too early. I was still working and it took two coworkers to find me even though my lunch isnt till 3:45 snd I made a note to come around 3:45 to 4. Why they got there at 3:39 I dont know. I also heard the delivery person was freaking out. Not good service. Although the sandwich was good.

Love their bread. I am glad they brought back baby sprouts too. My usual here is the Pepe with baby sprouts. Delish! I actually craved it again the next day. They prepare your sandwiches pretty darn fast at Jimmy John’s. By the time you finish paying and walk to the end of the line they have your sandwich ready. Cashier that day wasn’t the usual friendly person you usually get at Jimmy John’s, but oh well.

I placed my order at 11:55 and took my lunch break at work assuming my sandwich would be here relatively soon. At 12:30 I called to check on my sandwich and was told they were short staffed… (Which is fine. I get it. I’m in customer service myself. It happens.) I sat around waiting. My hour lunch break was over and I still hadn’t eaten. I called again and asked to speak to a manager and was told that I couldn’t speak to a manager and the kid I spoke to said «idk what you want me to do. Want me to cancel your order?» It’s now 1:47 and I still have heard nothing. I will never order jimmy johns again.

i like this jimmy johns because the subs are really good and they make them fast. this place is also good for groups because they have a lot of tables.

Being vegetarian, it can sometimes be difficult to find good food in restaurants, especially in fast food restaurants. Is this the best veggie sandwich in Dallas? No, Great Outdoors is, hands down.
HOWEVER…JJ’s may be pretty basic, but it’s ALWAYS very fresh. Plus, I always order delivery from the Plano location and the delivery people are incredibly friendly, and I have no idea how they get my order to me so fast.
Good job pleasing this picky vegetarian!

Once you go Club Tuna, you never go back.
JJ’s has a great variety of sandwiches including, but not limited to, Club Tuna, Club Tuna, Club Tuna, Club Tuna, and last but not least, Club Tuna.
They also make sandwiches faster than Flash can run around the world.
And lmao there are so many sandwich related jokes but if you really want your four year old child to make you a sandwich with his/​her unwashed hands while handling meat and knives, be my guest. And yeah, you are expected to pay drivers tips. Don’t be a stingy asshole.

Ordered lunch they said it would be here in 30 minutes patiently wait an hour before I called to check on my order. The guy that answered the phone said they have had a crazy day and my ordered got voided! I wouldn’t be mad if they called me back and said they’re to busy for my $ 9 order but for them to leave me here hungry is just rude! I really wanted a Beach Club! I won’t be ordering from them again!

My four year old makes a similar sandwich that costs me less. Then the drivers expect tips… what??? They charge $ 8 for bread, one slice of cheese, three strips of cold cuts, mayonnaise and veges and still don’t pay their employees a decent wage?
If people are willing to pay this much for bread I should open a sandwich shop… With my kid as the cook.
Next time I’ll drive myself to potbelly and eat lunch without feeling ripped off.

Now that Jersey Mike’s has opened up down the street be scared Jimmy John’s… Be very scared. Your Vito is no match for the Jersey Shore or their Classic Italian. Subs at JJ’s are cheaper, but also have less meat and cheese. Was actually very surprised at how little meat and cheese was on my Vito during my last visit. Also, Jersey Mike’s offers three types of rolls, where JJ’s just offers white.
Staff at this location is always friendly. But they never give you a napkin at this place and they don’t put any on the tables… What’s with that? And, every time I go I seem to be the only one there. Maybe everyone has already found Jersey Mike’s.

They won’t deliver to my apt any more. Truly a sad company that doesn’t want to make money. I’m only a half a block out of the delivery range … Not even two miles away… Well I’m sure that there is some one who want to take my money!

MaN this is a Great Samich!!! The guy’s had my sandwich done and had it in my hand before the lady had my change to me. Awesome.

I love that during lunch time they do delivery for single orders that do not have to reach a minimum $ amount. This is incredibly handy for anyone in an office that can’t get away for lunch.
Their sandwiches are not my favorite but they are still good.

Bland tasteless sandwiches. Don’t let the freshly baked carb smell fool you — these sandwiches are truly lacking in flavor. I had the turkey sub… it tasted like sliced paper on a bun with extra mayo.
At least they are quick… and the cookies are delicious. But I didn’t come here for cookies…
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, I won’t be going back.

Alright, here is my update… I’m completely hooked on Jimmy Johns subs. The beach club is my favorite but the Turkey Tom is a good back up. They have $ 1 subs every so often for customer appreciation which is excellent! What else is there? Everyone knows they are ridiculously fast! They usually have it ready before I finish paying. Staff still isn’t all that friendly but they are so busy making subs maybe the don’t have time. As long a I get my sub it’s all good.

Awful. Just awful. Service was ok, but the dance music was awful to eat to. Sandwiches were offensive and overly dressed with mayo.

DELICIOUS! YUM! Why did I not realize how delicious your sandwiches were when I first tried y’all? Goodness — muuuuuch better than Lenny’s Subs, Subway, Jersey Mike’s. My favorite is the #12 Beach Club — delicious turkey breast with provolone cheese and that dang awesome avocado spread… yum yum yum seriously the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten! You’ll have your sandwich in less than a minute. Yes, they’re that fast (and no, they’re not sloppy either) I’m a super fan!

Meh, sandwiches aren’t really that good. but i’ve been reluctantly trying out a ketogenic diet which is basically just a brutal carb starve and as a result I’ve been at a loss of places to eat. While desperately browsing the web for some place to go other than Chipotle (I have been eating a freaking steak bowl with no rice every day for about 2 weeks straight for lunch now) I came to find they serve something called an «unwhich» here, which is the same as a sandwich, but lettuce wrapped instead of bread … cha ching! Now i have TWO whole places to go, awesome. The unwrap gives JJ an extra star, otherwise this is a deuce.
I’ve had the actual sandwiches in the past, and i wouldn’t go there if I was a normal human being allowing myself to consume glucose and be happy like the rest of us. The only time I’ve gone for there sandwiches is when I was forced to during a test intermission because it was the only place close to me.
Oh, and they are REALLY fast like the commercials say, so that’s a plus.

Who doesn’t love some jimmy johns! It’s so fast, fun and delicious. Eating at a jimmy johns always reminds me of college and every sunday I would have jimmy johns.
Best sandwich has to be the number 12 on wheat.
Fun tip they sell day old bread for 50 cents and the soft wheat bread is super delicious.
