Chicken was freshly made nice and hot but the mac n cheese and fries were warm temperature. I like my food hot. Floors were dirty in the dinning area and behind the cashier countertop. Beside that cashier was friendly and nice.

Gross!!! First trip through the slow drive thru we got the 8 piece meal with corn and mashed potatoes and the new Nashville Tenders. Got home and realized they put tiny corn on the cob in place of the corn side and the chicken was soggy gross. So back up there and sat in the line again. Was told fresh chicken was coming out and to pull forward to wait. Okay cool. Got home ready to try again and by now the other sides had got cold. Well the corn was so cold it may have still been frozen, not sure how that happens, and the chicken was dripping in grease and soggy. Most of it not even with the batter still. So back up there I go, this time going in despite the freezing temps. I am told that’s the way the chicken is. I showed how there was no batter even on the chicken. I just got shrugs and my money back. They didn’t look that surprised or really cared. Save yourself the time and hassle. Avoid at all costs!

We needed a fast yummy dinner for unexpected company. Although I was unfamiliar with the menu the drive thru attendant was helpful. She listened to what we wanted then suggested the best meal option. The food was hot, flavorful and everything was packed as ordered. Thanks KFC!

Food is artificial. And I saw that there are worms in the chicken. Very bad service and no air conditioning. Needs major upgrading. Everything is way to dated. Like from the 70’s LOL. Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning!!!

If o could give it zero stars I would.
First of all– it’s dirty. Disgusting. Filthy. Dirty. The restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The tables and seats were mostly dirty. Sticky. Disgusting.
The floors are dirty.
Service from one person was ok. The rest were openly rude or just didn’t talk.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
It is so dirty I fear getting food poisoning. I will be reporting it to the Plano Health Department. I can’t believe they stay in business let alone keep their franchise.

We have seen this location become one that was not as good as in the past. Could be kept cleaner. The drink counter was in complete disarray the last time we ate there. The clerks seem to struggle with your order and recently we ordered «eat in» and got a «take out box». They just can’t see to get everything together. The chicken is good if you get a freshly cooked batch. Seems like some has either been left to sit a time or was left over from a previous mealtime.

Customer service in this place is awful, employees are shouting at me, fighting on who will make the order. When I asked if I can add something to the order he said, please wait we are very busy with orders we already have. By the way I was the only customer in

Hey, uh, what’d you order?
I’ve been twice.
The first time, I had dropped off my car at Meineke and I walked across the parking lot to grab lunch. I ordered a three piece meal. Original with mashed potatoes. When I got my food, and sat down, I discovered I got skinless chicken. I’m here for the fried chicken! I’m not really one to complain, and I didn’t. I just cursed under my breath and ate my skinless chicken.
I went in tonight to grab some takeout for me and my wife. I order her the new boneless combos and three pieces of Original chicken for myself. My order came, and I was on my way only to discover when I got home that they had only given me two pieces of chicken! Shorted one piece of chicken and I paid for three… not happy!
I’d say if you go here… definitely check your order. Two stars because the cashier who helped me was nice and friendly. Not his fault someone in back screwed up my order. And also cause it’s KFC and I love KFC. Just not this location.

Decided to try the new Chicken Pot Pie combo. WOW! Great crust on the pie and the chicken/​veggies inside, perfection!
