Been to this location many times. Whataburger is one of our favorite burger joints in Collin County. Today was first visit on a weekday (Jul 2015) usually we go on weekends. Still great service and burgers no matter what day of the week. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Nice touch when they bring the food to your table. UPDATE: Nov 2015. One of few fast food places providing diet/​caffine free Coca Cola.

There food is pretty good, but their bathrooms are revolting. In my opinion, there is pee everywhere and there is almost never any soap. In my opinion, the sinks are way too small and the toilets are coated with waste.
Also, their whole restaurant needs upgrading. In my opinion, It isn’t very nice. Every piece of furniture in there is from the 70’s. The customer service is ok, they just are very unenthusiastic about their job and are little slow.

This WB is perpetually one of the most poorly managed and most pathetic excuses for a QSR. I’d be embarrassed to be associated with it. Orders are consistently wrong, staff is rude and uncouth. Just go anywhere else.

Great service – a regular drive thru plus express lane, friendly workers. Burger itself was good but the sides (didn’t order fries) were really not. Also, as someone else pointed out, the bun was absolutely awful, like plastic. Too many other better places in the area to go back.

i’d been wanting to try whataburger since moving to texas because of all the hype i had heard and how «amazing» it was, especially since i love burgers. well, safe to say whataburger is the worst burger i’ve ever tasted (to date). even though it was larger than the size of my hand, it was completely tasteless throughout. horrible, but i will give this location one star for their customer service.
whataburger is absolutely terrible and i will never come back again, and i wonder why so many people hail it for being the best thing since sliced bread. as one friend put it, «it’s so texas to have pride in a literal piece of crap.»

I really miss the old crew. The new crew horse around more with each other than attend to their jobs. Food orders are seldom accurate, the crew is louder than the customers and I’m going to a different location because of it. Did I mention I miss the old crew.

I suffer from Whataburger withdrawal because I’m currently not in the area. Sigh :(
High quality service and really nice staff despite some complaints regarding their manager.
Whataburger is a little stringent on their sauces, but that’s ok. i love their patty melts even though they’re 1000 calories ugh.

I ate lunch here recently and it was a good experience. I love the burgers from here. I usually get a double meat burger on Texas toast. The service is good. I have never had to wait for a long time and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

One of the best Whataburgers that you will ever visit. Friendly and helpful staff and our order has always been 100% correct. They keep the place clean and will offer you refills, etc. Very busy at lunch time. The burgers are cooked well done and the toppings are always fresh. You get all of this at a very reasonable price.

After a long wait in a long line, we got home to find out our order was incorrect. We asked for a #15 9 piece chicken meal with toast and gravy and got a 3 piece and were charged extra for gravy.
I tried to call but let’s face it, «Alex» couldn’t have cared any less. It’s the last time I sit in line and wait for them to just screw it up.

A solid fast food burger– made your way. Nothing more, nothing less. The place makes you wanna add jalapeño’s and feel the Texan in you. Step up!
Otherwise, it’s a fast food menu– fries, onion rings, shakes, fried pies, yadda, yadda, yadda.
But you can’t go wrong in a pinch.
I’ve hit this place a blue million times for breakfast and burgers– they’re friendly, fast and clean. I’ll go out of my way to go to this Whataburger over any of the others.
It’s sad to give it a 3 star– but it’s a burger shop in a land of burger madness.
