In my opinion, think this company should make more healthy food and better service. Also, they need to CLEANTHEBATHROOMS jeez!!!

I was waiting for my french fries and saw an employee cleaning the fry pit next to the one which was cooking my fries. She was spraying/sprinkling cleaner around the edges & it dripped into the fry pit that was cooking my fries. She continued to clean the area, using a wet sponge and the cleaning solution oozed into the fry pit where my fries were cooking. I complained but the two managers seemed unfazed by this and didn’t see how dangerous, unhealthy and disgusting it was to have chemicals pouring onto customers food. I demanded a refund because obviously I will not be eating those fries now! I also left an email on the corporate website and also filed an official complaint with the health department. Disgusting, I’ve never seen something as gross as this and was appalled at the lack of concern from the managers!!!

Disgusting. When you take a bite out of anything there, Greece explodes in your mouth. So unhealthy. Also I heard the chicken is made of beef paste(pink goo) Eat here unless you wanna have a stroke!!!

This McDonald’s is one of the main locations in the O’Reilly McDonald’s empire, and for good reason. Situated at a prime location on Coit and Legacy, it is highly trafficked by upper middle class folks too tired to cook a decent meal. Business is always brisk here. Likely due to its success, it was one of the first to get the updated, modern McDonald’s look in the mid 2000s. However, they got another one in the past few years which made it look much worse. The new PlayPlace does not look welcoming, and is vaguely reminiscent of a prison due to the earthy color scheme and weird metal paneling. The new interior also has lots of dead space and feels vaguely like a dungeon. It’s always very clean and well managed though. The food… is McDonald’s food. Their burgers are on the low end as far as taste goes. Their meals are absolutely not worth it. McDonald’s is probably one of the only burger chains where the meals are not worth purchasing at all. But their Dollar Menu continues to deliver cheap burgers.

have you been here lately there is good wifi even the inside is 24 hours now there’s a sweet patio outside with hip minimalistic monochromatic design and flowers it is one of the cleanest mcdonalds ever i highly recommend: 20 pc mcnuggets, fries, oreo mcflurry the following is a review for the limited edition ‘dipped cone’ 2.5 stars i give the concept 5 stars it looks cool and it tastes really good the problem is the ice cream inside melts and then if there are ‘holes’ in the chocolate part outside the ice cream will leak out and make a mess before you even know what’s going on it is impossible to eat this and look dignified at the same time.

I come to this McDonalds nearly every morning for breakfast. I NEVER wait more than 5 mins at the drive thru. Everyone here always smiles when they take my order. One of the guys even knows my name and asked me where I had been because I hadn’t stopped by in a while.(I was trying to eat healthier… ha) Anyways, the 5 stars isn’t about the food. It’s about the level of service and friendliness at this McDonalds. All Mcdonalds are the same, but I go to this one because I like the workers there.

I had the mushroom swiss angus burger here today. It was something else. Wouldn’t think it is from a McDonald’s. Very big and the meat tastes like angus for sure. I’ll be having that again.
