Go see Amanda! She is the only stylist I will even let cut my hair. Very sweet and talented. She will make you feel welcome and enjoy your visit!

This place is great. And some of the criticism is ridiculous.
It’s a few extra bucks but they massage your head which feels awesome and I would gladly pay more for.
Offensive music? Classic rock and top 40. It falls somewhere in that spectrum. If that offends you, a haircut is the least of your issues.
About not getting service when you want. It’s a busy place. Set an appointment. Calling 10 minutes before you walk in the door isn’t setting an appointment. That’s a heads up. The people complaining have probably never been to a restaurant either.
Staff. Always friendly. I’ve been coming here for years. For the last few years Carly has been cutting my hair, trimming my beard, and waxing my eyebrows. I’ve never had an issue. She’s always been friendly and fun to talk to. I «cheated on her» once at some upscale men’s salon and boy did I regret it. My hair was cut some «new/​trendy» way that I didn’t want. The massage and products they used weren’t up to par with knockouts. And the staff was pushy and constantly trying to sell me products I didn’t need for a hairstyle I didn’t want. I learned my lesson. It’s Carly/​knockouts or wait.
Oh yea, ESPN is always on and they offer you a free beer or coke. If I could get pizza delivered there, I might not leave.

What a joke this place is. I can hire a bunch of college dropouts or high school students, show them some YouTube videos on how to cut hair and still do a bang up job than the circus they have going on here.
First they have very inexperienced stylists. It would be offensive to real stylists if you call the employees working here stylists. If you have never been there, they default you to most expensive $ 30 haircut and they take whopping 15 minutes to do very crappy job.
They often play very offensive and explicit music with kids being present. The girls behave like they are in highschool.
There is no input or suggestion on the haircut out style but they do charge you for this. They needed up my hair once and didn’t listen to my instructions and cut off to much hair on my son and made him cry.
Go ahead throw away your hard earned money and give it to these carnies.

Went for a hair cut to this location for the first. My hair stylist did a great job. Felt much better after a little head massage.
The reason i have given 3 stars is because when I called to get an appointment, the lady who answered the phone said we are fully booked and won’t be able to get an appointment for next one hour. Still I thought I will go and have a look. When I reached there I got served within 5 mins. Must work on the phone appointments.

All the girls are nice, and they say hello when you walk in. I have been going to Mechelle for almost two years and she is the best. She is always really busy, but will do her best to fit you in. She takes pride in her work and although I have really short hair, she always double checks to make sure she gave me an even cut.

Mechelle was amazing. She is very personable, and helpful. She is quick to strike up a conversation with you, and make you feel relaxed and at home. I will drive 30+ miles to get my haircut from her. Thanks alot!

Eh, not returning. Haircut was not fantastic, no input on style or haircare, nothing, just a silent cut and out the door. Particularly eh was this old man at the front counting his dollars. Didn’t give my son a good feeling at all. He won’t be back.

Great place to go and get your ears lowered. Everyone has been friendly, kind, and most importantly give me a great hair cut. Today I had Michelle cut my hair and she is the embodiment of exceptional customer service. She was kind, friendly, and understanding of how particular I am about my haircut. I manage restaurants for a living and customer service is what I do. Michelle knocked it out of the park (pun intended). «I give it a ten!!!» Great job.

If you want to pay $ 30+ for a haircut and be totally ignored, listen to the stylists talk about how wasted they were last night, feminine hygiene issues and how it sucks to deal with customers then this is your place! I’ve been to a bunch of Knockouts and have been happy, this one MUST be avoided at all costs; again, unless you care for that sort if thing.

My wife has taken my kids to the Preston rd (South of Hwy 121) twice, for «over priced» kids (13 and 16) hair-​cuts. My wife liked the beer and conversation, but the boys and I were never impressed with the haircut (not worth the money especially for the boys). The manager («the female with the boyfriend that enjoys fishing») continued to request that I «your husband» come in and get a haircut.
I have used the same «G C» barber for years, however, he was not available and I have to leave town (weekend of fishing/​and business meeting in Orlando next week) the next day and needed a little trim for next weeks meetings (work on that hairline tan while fishing the gulf).
I have two calicks (crown and front), and I know the length and thickness I need in order to control my wavy hair. I am not sucking down beer (if you need beer to find your haircut acceptable, then maybe time to go to another barber/​salon) as I have to look good and professional and this is not a time or place for a poor haircut.
Last night was the last time I will try to use this facility. I tried twice first time they were under-​staffed (still attempting to hire new barbers) and last night I show up (display on glass by the door indicates «hours from 10 to 8», and there is a Neon light «Open» glowing over the entrance) and the lady washing hair indicates that they stopped accepting walk-​in 3 minutes ago. My money will no longer be wasted on $ 50 (kids haircut) worth of haircuts in this establishment. Oddly rude (that is not sexy) for a profession where tips are important (and I always tip $ 10 for a good haircut) and they only cost $ 14 at GC.
–Tight lines and clean cuts

After getting bad haircuts at the cheap places I decided to try this place. Mechelle did a great job! She really knows how to cut hair and how to make it look great and stylish. I have seen her twice now and am scheduled to see her again. $ 25 gets a before and after shampoo, great haircut and even 2 complimentary beers if you like. This is a great place with sexy girls who know how to take care of you.

After trying everything from Supercuts to the trendy mall places to my wife’s fancy salon, I had almost given up on consistently getting a good haircut. I decided to give Knockouts a try, because they specialize in men’s haircuts. Chris at the Plano Knockouts has been cutting my hair for nearly 2 years, and every time the result has been exceptional.
The haircut includes 2 shampoos, both before and after the cut. Then your hair is styled, so you can go back to work or out for the night without having to worry about little trimmings hanging out in your hair.
Service and quality are definitely 5-​star.
