Agree with all comments. I just moved to the area and they are convenient to my apartment. I took in wash and fold items as well as dry cleaning. I am aware of two missing shirts at this point. I would refer to their wash and fold service as wash and wad… Wouldn’t god back

I could give one coz I cant understand how did I stick to them or a month. I lost few sets of clothes. People don’t reply back nor communicate among themselves for their responsibility. Never ever going back to this. I am so disappointed that I have lost best of my clothes here.

I am the 3rd former-customer to has lost clothes and taken time to write. I can only Ditto what Andreal W and JC have already said. They lost a $ 65 custom embroidered shirt and the«brain damage» dude Andreal mentioned basically laughed at me, like it was my fault.(I also saw this guy throw clothes on the floor behind the counter when he took my order in that subsequently lost the shirt. Sweet, huh?) Listen to what has already been said. These people are disorganized, there are multiple reviews on Google, YP and here that mention exactly the same thing. And when you have a problem, they blame you over the counter and disappear by phone. There’s the same pattern with multiple customers. They breathe different air. Just find another place, or insure your clothes! It’s that simple.

I concur with Mike S on this place being HORRIBLE. PLEASEDONOTGOHERE! Yes, the prices are spectacular but the owner and his best friend with«brain damage» are the rudest people in the world. They do not understand customer service. I have gone to this place many times and just recently they lost all my clothes, 11 pieces. The blonde haired lady that works there is an angel. Trying to help me and going out of her way to find my clothes. The owner refuses to show up and talk to me.

Horrible, horrible place. The price like the other review states is very low. But the QUALITY is horrendous. They ruined the color of my shirts. Two buttons went missing. Several of my shirts were brand new. Their chemicals are really bad. I’ve been dry cleaning my clothes for 15 years.

I’ve been using this dry cleaner for almost a year now and continue to get excellent service. They know me by name and are always friendly and courteous. I’ve never had any lost, damaged or misplaced items and I have even gotten some alterations done through the cleaners. I’ve also gotten sweaters done here now and the service is right up there with everything else. My sweaters return looking fresh and neatly folded over the hanger.

I was on my business trip to Frisco and dropped off my clothes to Maxim cleaners. However due to hurricane, holidays and business reason, I wouldn’t be able to pick up my clothes on the 31st day after I dropped off my clothes. I asked my co-worker to let Maxim know I will pick it up later and they promised to keep the clothes. However when i went to pick it up, they said they couldn’t find my clothes and someone else may pick up my clothes. However they didn’t know who that person is. They shouldn’t give my clothes to someone without my consent and they are not taking any responsibility for this. The total value of the clothes is at least 600 dollars. So don’t go there if you don’t want your clothes missing. The people in the store are very rude and don’t take any responsibility on the clothes.
