The place is very clean. Prices I would say are pretty reasonable. I got the Swedish massage and I got the first timer deal for $ 50 which is pretty reasonable. The staff is extremely nice and polite. I would highly recommend Heather. She’s very good and I’ve gotten massages at other places and let’s just say nothing compares to heather! Definitely going back

I love to try new places as many of my friends ask me for recommendations in the spa world. I will never send anyone here or be back. The whole experience was horrible.
When I called to schedule, I was informed that I would be with Todd, their lead therapist. I received an email confirmation with the same info. I arrived early to do paperwork and, though I noticed numerous guests sipping Alize (blech), I wasn’t offered even water. Then, when it was time for service, some ancient lady named Julia picked me up instead. (I only mention the ancient part because it did not bode well for strength in a massage.) I understand if a change had to be made, but, if you are going to confirm a specific therapist, I should be notified upon check-​in if nothing else that it has changed.
The massage itself was awful. I laid there just wishing for it to be over, which is very sad. The therapist asked if I wanted my face massaged, and I said yes. However, she never asked about using oils and literally slathered my face in massage oil. I was so angry I almost got off the table immediately. Never in my extensive experience receiving massage has anyone put oils like that on my face, especially without asking first. I am extremely acne prone, and this just exacerbated my horrible experience.
I hate giving bad reviews, but there was really no saving grace to this whole experience from top to bottom.

For your facials and massages definitely go to Ms. Star. Her hands are amazing. My name is Deiondra Sanders and I have never received a facial before. I was kind of nervous but Ms. Starr took very great care of me. Her massages during the facial were amazing. She also talked me thru everything she was doing. She was very knowledgable on her actions and product. She left my face feeling amazing and even looking better within one appointment. I will definitely be getting facials more often from Ms. Star. Thank you.

Good, not great. I scheduled a 90-​minute hot stone massage with Julie. Almost from the beginning of the massage was a male voice loudly laughing and having a conversation in the room next to mine. I told my therapist I could not continue with that distraction so and asked her to go out and request they be quiet. She was a somewhat timid individual but did it, but when she came back it did not seem like she did what I requested because it didn’t stop. I seriously wonder if she knocked on the door to make the request or not. I later found out the male being so loud was actually one of the massage therapists. They have no sign on the door going back to the rooms ‘whisper beyond this point’, or anything like that which most spas do. Someone needs to talk to him about his ‘spa’ voice because it totally ruined my massage. My therapist was just okay. She was way too soft with her touch and spent ALOT of time fiddling with oils, re-​arranging rocks on the counter, adjusting sheets and tucking them just so… in other words, the actual massage time was significantly reduced. There are so many Spas out there i don’t think I’ll be back.

Not a lot of places get a five star rating but, credit is earned were credit is due. Not my first time coming to the spa here in Plano. The owners of Spa 810 are down to earth and fun people to get to know.
When you first walk in, you are treated by the sweetest receptionist who is very soft spoken. The music in the waiting room brings you to a calm state, and the aroma smell gives you a since of serenity. My message therapist has been Nicole, at first I was going to go with Tod but, Nicole hands worked wonders on me so I’ve been glued ever since. This is a great place to come or to bring your love here for a surprise!

So I decided to give this place another shot, since I got a good groupon deal. This time, I checked on previous reviews and decided to schedule my session with Heather.
I agree with the rest of the reviews here, that Heather knows her S**T! My session was for deep tissue and heather was really good at it. Felt relaxed and refreshed after the session. Went home, took a shower and knocked out immediately. Definitely schedule with Heather if you decide to go here. Oh at it was an actual 60mins, not 50mins like the last time I was here.

This was my first visit, and I had the signature facial with Alexandra. She was very knowledgeable and explained further treatment options for my specific needs. The facial was wonderful and relaxing. For several days afterward, I could continue to feel the smoothness and softness. I will return for another facial soon,

Todd and Heather — gems of the massage world. My husband and I love doing a couples massage with these two. They will carry on a conversation if we’re feeling like it, or they’ll keep their mouths shut if we want to just relax and be quiet.
Super professional. Not creepy at all (I’m looking at you massage envy!). They serve us champagne upon arrival. They know how to read our bodies and find the tense areas and where to put their focus on. Love them. Go see them. You won’t regret it!

I have been here 3 times now, and each time had a very good experience. This place has discounts that compete on price with the cheaper «you never know what you’ll get» places, but I have had superior quality massges every time. It is excellent value for money. If you’re looking for the place that’s going to charge you for sitting in their extra special décor with extra special candles and «accoutrements», then go somewhre else. But be prepared to pay twice as much for the same quality core service /​massage.

Heather was greatness. I did a 90 minute Swedish massage. The pressure was perfect and heather handled all my links with care. I was so relaxed I took a short nap even! After the massage was over I wanted to just lay on the massage table and take another nap. Highly recommend this place. Looks like they use to be royal blue spa and now have changed their name!

Absolutely terrible service.
I sent my mother here for her birthday on Valentine’s day for a one hour body massage. I’ve received plenty in the past myself and appeared late for some, and I’ve never been told I cut into my time like my mother was right off the bat. Heather, her masseuse, was extremely rude to her the ENTIRE time. When my mom asked what time it was, she said «You can look yourself.» She didn’t focus at all on the areas requested. Her hand and feet massage was a joke. it was more like a gentle stroke. kind of like doctors do when they examine you. Even manicurists do it better. These are just a few examples. To top it all off, my mom has come back home with intense pain in her neck and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was from the masseuse.
I would avoid this place at all costs.
