Convenient to the highway, but you need to exit a couple of buildings south of Kohl’s if you want to get right back on the highway. Service was quick and polite. Store was clean and organized. Best part was that the restrooms were towards the front of the store instead of all the way in the back thorugh customer service.

How hard is it to straighten up before opening? Pics are from 10AM on a Sunday, not an associate in sight. Guess that’s why they have to discount so deep.

Gotta love Kohl’s even though I spend way too much money there.
It is my go to place for clothes since I am too old for American Eagle/​Hollister/​AF. God that just hurts me to say that. LOL.
Either way great clothes at a great price. Get a Kohls reward card and get more bonuses when you shop. LOVE this place. They always have alot of sales and specials going on. Stop on in and see what you can find.

I love kohl’s especially when I get $ 5 kohl’s rewards and a 20% off coupon. I like to scout around and find something special. Sometimes I find the clothes a bit expensive and the clearance section lacking, but I usually go when I need a present for someone and get really lucky. For Mother’s Day I found two beautiful lockets or a great price along with my coupons of course. I like the style and selection of clothes they have and don’t imagine most people find them expensive but I like spending 5 bucks or less on a shirt.
This location is nicely laid out and has everything you could need. The staff is pretty friendly and always helps when needed. I noticed depending on what time of year you go you can find a huge amount of clearance to peruse.
The location is also great being right off 75 and there is always plenty of parking. I prefer coming here since there is way leads hassle over the firewheel location.

I love Kohls so much, the clothes, the deals, but it’s all ruined by the fact that not ONE hanger size matches the size on the item of clothing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve grabbed a dozen Mediums cause the hanger said Medium, then I get in the dressing room and I have Smalls, Larges, Extra Smalls, etc. If you’re not going to match the sizes on the hangers to the clothes, then please use hangers with NO SIZES on them at all! It is super confusing and frustrating to have to double check the insides on the tags on all the clothes for the proper sizes, and it sucks because I love this store so much. If not for that, they would get 5 stars!

On Sunday I had visited the Kohls in McKinney. After 3.5 hours of wedding registry shopping the items were not transferred to the registry list. They told me to come back during the week.
I came to the one in Plano and after a few minutes every thing was set to go. We weren’t in for long, because we didn’t want it to happen again and yet it did. This is beyond ridiculous!
I have always been a loyal customer and shop here regularly. Of course the only thing the managers say is, «there’s nothing we can do about it». This is NOT acceptable!

A very good Kohl’s! The store was organized, clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of appliances and housewares. I was surprised at the number of different coffee makers they had, lol! Good store, nice staff and good selection.

Kohl’s is becoming more of a go-​to, easy access department store. Rather than fight mall traffic, you can get some pretty good deals here on everything from clothes to shoes to jewelry. If you specifically want a Macy’s type department store experience, then this is not the place for you. It’s a little toned down, and little more informal with not as high quality a selection. But, if you just go shopping into which ever department store is nearby, then you’ll like Kohl’s.
One of the best things they’ve got going on is their «Kohl’s Cash»…you can rack up $ 10 pretty easy and you can use it on anything, with no minimum to spend. Now THAT’S a rewards program I can get with.

This location has the worst customer service. The staff was unwilling to accommodate an exchange with a 30 cent difference and unapologetically offered no alternative suggestions. We’ll never shop at Kohl’s again.

I love this store! The sales are great. Kohl’s cash has gotten me several ‘free’ purchases over the last few months. I was able to get over half of my Christmas shopping done here, alone.

They offer a wide selection of athletic clothing. I particularly like their offerings of Tek Gear running skorts and T-​shirts. The prices are reasonable with their coupons.
