We had the avocado soup and chicken fajitas, both of which were fabulous. Or waiter was accommodating and we greatly enjoyed our meal. Great place!

Can’t get enough. Fresh hot chips, great food and excellent service, upscale atmosphere with reasonable prices. We sit down, or take out weekly and THEY double check our takeout before we leave, we’ve never been disappointed

This is a nice little restaurant located right off preston. We came in for dinner one night around 7:30pm. Upon sitting you’re served chips and salsa. They serve salsa in tiny ramekins. I really wish they’d use a bowl or something because the ramekins are so small a chip doesnt fit in them. For dinner I ordered the brisket nachos. They were ok. They went a little too heavy on the cheese. There was more cheese and beans than brisket. I wish they had used a white cheese rather than a cheddar. White cheese goes so much better flavor wise with brisket than cheddar. Their sangria’s are decent. They don’t have Titos vodka unfortunately so my boyfriend wasnt a happy camper. Service is good. Our food came out in a decent amount of time and our waters were filled pretty regularly. Overall a decent place to grab a bite to eat.

My new fave place for Mexican food! Eaten here several times and always consistent on high quality food and excellent service. Even calling in to-go orders… all around a great experience everytime! Their Sunday brunch is pretty amazing too!

While driving around W. Plano yesterday, we decided to stop and try Luna de Noche. I had heard good things about it, and since we’ve only been back in town for a year, and are still seeing what’s in the area, this seemed like as good of a stop as any. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The music playing wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t super loud, which is a plus. Just a nice addition to the meal. When we pulled in, we checked online to see what the prices were, and were a little surprised to see that they were quite a bit higher on the actual menu.(I think someone needs to do a better job of keeping their website updated.) The staff was very friendly. The greeter explained everything on the buffet line, and our waiter was very nice, too. It took quite a long time for our order to arrive. Normally, if a restaurant is busy, I tend to be understanding about that, but it wasn’t very crowded in there when we came in, so I’m not really sure what the holdup was. The food was also very good — presentation and taste. Overall, it was a very nice meal. It was nice to be able to talk with my wife without shouting over loud music and/or patrons. A little on the pricey side, but it’s worth it for a good meal, and nice atmosphere.

Great place to go and the management Vincent was a super guy(took care of us during a bad situation that ended well due to him). The food was great and service was outstanding, we will continue to make this one of our favorite stops to eat often. We can’t thank the super staff enough! Thanks for all you do!!!

I wasn’t sure what to think about a Mexican joint where the first two house specialities were a burger and a chicken sandwich, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The waitstaff is extremely nice and the food is excellent. I can now say for as good as the tamales were, that must be the best burger on the planet.

Besides being a lil pricey, they are extremely slow in service does not matter what day of the week. When it comes to taking orders, theyve always messed em up. Im sparing them a star for a couple good margaritas ive had! Unfortunately, I wanna knock em off my list.

Came here on a Friday at 3. It wasn’t busy at all. The ambience is nice, I was excited to try their food because I’ve heard nothing but raving reviews about their tortilla soup! I was extremely disappointed. Food was very bland. Service was below average. For a slow lunch I wish our server would’ve been more attentive. He rushed us to take the order and got it wrong Anyway. Salsa was good but that was it. I will not be back. I’ll take Taco Bell over this place.

Just got back from a dinner with happy hour margaritas. They were happy to serve us salsa by the thimble, and then not disclose that happy hour margaritas cost $ 9(after discount) until presented on the bill. Then, I was happy to take the difference from the tip and warn my friends on Unilocal I’m guessing new management.

I’ve frequented this location & been pleased by the food, nothing«off the charts», but decent. Today at lunch my friend & I met for lunch & immediately upon opening the doors was overwhelmed by a nasty stench. We were quickly seated, however we left due to the nasty sewage/“poop” smell. I don’t know what the issue is, but I won’t be back anytime soon. Who wants to smell sewage while eating???

Came to this location for a quick date night dinner. The salsa is always AMAZING. Make sure you ask for the green kind if they don’t serve it to you. We got enchiladas and quasdilas. Both delicious. The pinto beans are to die for and this locations is over all pretty nice. The service wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great. Overall all can’t complain too much because Luna is always pretty delicous food!

Ohhh Luna De Noche, I have loved you for a decade now lol… Often forgotten or lost in the over saturation of Dallas tex-mex restaurants, every visit is a reminder of what I’ve been missing and how much I truly enjoy you… The salsa(green) is my original favorite, been OBSESSED with it since I first came here, but the red salsa is delicious as well… Sour cream chicken enchiladas will rival any in the area… Do yourself a favor, skip the OTB or El Fenix, and try this place out

This place is a solid 3 stars. The food was ok. nothing spectacular that would make me come back compared to any of the other tex-Mex joints in the area. The ambiance was a bit more like an Italian restaurant than than Mexican. We had the bean dip which was great and the chimichanga and chile relleno were fairly standard. The one thing that will like keep from returning is the price. For fair tex-mex food this place is way over priced. For 2 of us with water for drinks it was almost 50 $ with tip. I can get better food at half the price at almost any other tex-mex joint.

Great food and service. This place kind of gets lost in the wave of tex-mex places in the area, but I think they do a solid job. Great chips and salsa, and excellent beef fajitas. Servers were always checking on us and were very nice. Will be back!

The stand out dish here, in my opinion, is the xochitl soup. Every time I get anything else, I wish I had stayed with the soup!
