BUYER BEWARE: I’ve been shopping at Macy’s for Christmas for the last 20 years and this place is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The staff that handles bedding is rude and dismissive. Never again will I spend another dime at this store. The staff needs training and new leadership.

Do not shop here… seriously. I ordered a Ralph Lauren 3 piece suit with these guys. Pretty expensive suit… The first one comes in, it has a stain on the collar of the jacket. No problem. Went in and returned it and had them send me a new one. The second had cut marks from a razor all over the collar of the jacket. Probably from packaging and shipping. Went in and returned it but was told the price went up and they wanted me to pay. That’s absolutely unacceptable and had them send me a new one no charge. The third suit has the same stain that the first had… I might as well of kept the first one and saved time. Don’t trust them «to make things right». I had to then spend more money to get the stained removed professionally from a the third suit. I can’t even describe how what was something that was supposed to make me feel good is now something that makes me angry. Thanks Macy’s.

I went to Macy’s on a Sunday to pick up an item. The store opened at 11 AM. I found my item fairly quickly and was wanting to check out at the register at 11:15 AM, and the register wasn’t ready. They sent me to furniture, and can check out there as well. Had to go to a third row sure if I’m to get checked out.
I wasn’t in a hurry, but I also wasn’t trying to get a cardio workout walking from register to register. If your store opens at 11 AM, that means you are ready to do business at 11 AM, not after that time.
But, a big thank you for the gentleman who tried to help me.

I only gave this one star because I absolutely had too. The only saving grace for this store is the two people in furniture that have helped me immensely but unfortunately the situation is out of their hands. I purchased a large sectional couch of course purchased the warranty as well. Had fought back and forth with the warranty company for four months. They first told me the problem would be covered under the warranty, after sending out to different people to clean the couch twice I was then informed it was not covered. Therefore I am stuck with a couch that is on usable. I have not had a couch since the beginning of April. I will never shop with Macy’s again, strongly urge you that if you’re considering buying furniture here do not. But I will also say George and Priscilla in furniture did absolutely everything they could and I love them.

I like this Macy’s because I have been coming here for years and always find what I need. They have a good selection to choose from and the sales people are really nice.

Women, if you are looking for shoes… this is not the place to go. However, they do have a nice selection of clothing. I never have any issues getting what we need and the staff is always eager for a commission.

I purchase a very few things at this store. If you find something on sale, on line you will NOT be able to pick up at this store but they will be GLAD to charge you $ 10.00 to ship it to you. Ill go to Nordstrom at Galleria and pay a bit more and have wonderful customer service.

Went there a few days ago to return a watch. Ahead of me was only one woman. She was buying 2 pairs of earrings. Not diamond once, $ 8 clearance once. Cashier told me it will be a few min, ended up servicing that lady 20 min. How can you possibly pay for 2 pairs of earrings 20 min is beyond me.

The prices here are a bit inflated. Rarely ever goto a department store. The selection is mediocre and so is the store. Service is pretty good nonetheless. Sales associates are always around. It’s usually not hard to find a sales associate.

excuse fot rude service.
Dont worry, im going to rate vista ridge’s macy down right after this ones.
I was originallt at vr’s macy but due to rude service from the lady in the show department i decided to drop my. items there and just buy at willowbends macys.
Well what do you know, my cousin and i were waiting to ask the lady at the perfume counter where we could find a place to check out and she (she seemed russian) rudely tells us shes busy with another person. I should have suspected her rudeness when another customer stopped to ask the employee if she knew where she could get customer service and she RUDELY brushed her off. Anyways. Yes. She was busy spraying perfume on little papers for the five minutes we were standing there to ask a simple question. My cousin said politely that we only wanted to kkow where the check out was and then the customer (also seemed russian bc she was speaking in a foreign lang with the employee) tells my cousin that the employee is helping her.
Im sorry, but is it really that difficult to multitask and answer a simple question in a polite manner?
Im going to really try and stay away from buying merchandise from macys at vista ridge and willow until they train their. employees correctly.

I hate this place. I’d rather go to other Macy’s even its far away.
Worst service, idk I got nothing to say anymore.
I know theres not an example.
Anyway I really hate hate hate this place!!!
Plz dont make any purchases here. Just go to the other ones.

They have pretty good sales but the wait at the cash register is always too long! Oh and dont even get me started on the shoe dept. That place is ALWAYS a mess! Auh! Stonebriar Mall I expect more out of you!
I come here purely out of convience. If there was a Macys at Willow Bend Mall Id be there more often!

I had a really bad experience today. I ordered a watch online for my husband for Christmas, but when it came, the glass on the face was put on crooked. Not a big error, but with some wear and tear the glass may fall off. I stopped in here to see what options I would have, and hoping that they may have one that I can exchange it for.
I walked up to a man at the watch counter this afternoon and explained what was wrong with the watch. He refused to even look at the watch, told me «that’s probably just how it’s supposed to be» and that there is nothing they can do but exchange it. So I ask if they have that one in stock, and no they don’t… So I ask «Do you have anything similar?» and he points me toward the other watches of the same brand, but none of them are the same color. I kinda looked at a few of the watches they had, but really had a feeling like they didn’t want my business. I started to ask him about the return policy (so i can take my money to someone who cares) and this fool literally looks at his watch while I’m talking. Long story short I went to Macy’s at Northpark and they saved the day. I hope this guy gets the bad karma that’s coming to him!
