To reply to the respond from the manager! We did stand right in front of the front desk at 2 but the guy who was working at the desk was too busy calculate the price. We left your store at 2:03 so we were basically on time ! The time on your computer is 53 mins more than what we normal time, it is not even any time zone ! So I don’t really understand why you are charging us plus we were the only one there. You charge us tips because we were there until 2 so it make you go home late?

I have been here a few times now and it keeps getting worse and worse. Most of the electronics do not work right in the room. No matter how big your group is you are forced to pay a tip to the staff who are always to busy on their phones in front to help you. Drinks are very very weak if they even have to drink what your looking for. All and all not worth the money.

It’s the closest Asian Karaōke place in the North Plano area, the décor and lighting is nice. I think it’s one of the easier places to facilitate a large group, as some people do not sing the VIP room has a pool table for those to be entertained. The Happy Hour has great price point for those who like to go often, like in Asia as it’s a cultural pass time. For the longest time no one has told me how to use the search touch screen. How to use the machine: Searching by artist; it’s the first letter of each word, i.e. Coco Lee you’ll type«LW»(Li Wén). For Korean: SNSD but in Hangul. KTV machines actually have a broad selection of Vietnamese music compared Noraebangs! When you search by song title i.e. ‘My Destiny,’ type«MD» then you have the option to filter by language.

We gotten the vip room and it was fun and all. But, we were charged with additional«service fee» without being informed by the employees in the first place. So, we were there for about 3 hours I think. I forgot how long we were there but it estimated 3 hours. They«claim» that they served us by turn on the system and directing us to the room. Shouldn’t it be a given that they are supposed to do that? Or we can just turn it on ourselves. No water included. $ 4 for a small water bottle. We ended up paying the final total… It’s a nice place to chill and hangout but I wouldn’t go back for those hidden fees. They should’ve informed us first. We, as customers do not want or like hidden fees. Now, You’re just asking for trouble.

This place really only caters to chinese people. We walked in and asked for a room and they said there was a wait. All of a sudden the room becomes available when my chinese friend walks in. Wtf? Also, search function on the computer is terrible and that also is catered towards chinese people. Yes other languages are on option. But, its impossible to search in korean. The machine does not make words correctly. Also, the selection is terrible. Kpop section looks like it hasn’t been updated since they opened.

Incredibly confusing pricing. Somehow a $ 30/room for 2 hours split by 12 ppl ended up being over $ 120 total. I think they add in a 100% freaking tip for the ZERO service provided. Drinks: incredibly expensive, so if you have a huge party just pay the $ 20 outside fee and bring your own stuff Music: somewhat wide selection, but it could be bigger and it would also be nice if the search function worked better so you can access the songs that are there. Sadly however, I will be back here despite my disdain for this establishment because of it’s proximity. Closest karaōke joint to Plano that I’m aware of.. .

Wanted to like this place SOOO badly! It’s 75% closer than Harry Hines and Royal karaōke places and I would’ve easily become a regular with its cool interior and large, nicely appointed rooms. Unfortunately, having NOSONGBOOKS but some newfangled computer in the corner of the room that you have to sort through page after page searching for songs ONLY by title is just ridiculous. I’ve been doing«real» noraebang karaōke since I lived in Japan 16 years ago and the lack of songbooks is just mind-boggling. So many times you might know the name of the song, but not the artist or vice versa and the songbooks really help cross-reference what you’re looking for. Apparently it’s connected to discs? so if you’re looking for a song that starts with a specific letter, you’d think that by the time you got to that letter, you’d find the song? Nope. You have to keep scrolling and scrolling and scrolling some more through multiple alphabets of discs. Also, many of the songs were just the videos of the song that you now are supposed to sing over? So strange and unfun! We left 15 minutes after arriving and didn’t get charged a thing which we appreciated because oh yeah, the bartender was out sick, so we couldn’t have ordered anything other than beer or wine anyway. My husband and I were unbelievably disappointed considering our hopes for this location and I fear for its longevity due to it not being in the most Asian/noraebang-familiar part of Plano. I pray I win the lottery someday so I can open my own karaōke place in west Plano! Until then, I guess it’s back down to 35 and Royal we go.

Hands down HORRIBLE service. Everything is written in chinese. If you don’t have someone with you who can read chinese, you will not enjoy your experience here. They were so busy cleaning up vomit up and down the hallways the service was put on the back burner. Every time we asked for anything, the host always responded«can you wait, I’m busy». To top it off, no matter how bad your service is, TIPISALREADYINCLUDEDINTOYOURBILL. So guess what, if your service is horrible, you are still forced to pay the included tip. I will NEVER come back to this location, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

Finally open a good quality Asian KTV. We’ve been wait for a long time. Nice screen touch monitor. And they sever alcohol and some great appetizers. Me and my friends come here pretty often. Now they have an awesome deal— $ 10 per person and unlimited I like the BBQ, too. If you order a dozen of the beer and u will have 3 appetizers for free. Good deal, great night.

One of the newest KTVs in town. We went on a week night(Thursday) and it was $ 10 flat per person which is a really good deal. I believe on weekends it depends on what size room you get. i.e. $ 30 for medium sized room. The décor and the sound system are nice. I didn’t try the food so I couldn’t comment on it. The staff was very friendly and we all had a good time. I would say this place is better than Mermaid KTV.

My friends and I came here this past Saturday. We had so much fun! This place is brand new, so everything looks really nice. The décor is updated and you use a touch screen to pick your songs. I like the fact that most of the songs in their database are attached to the original music video, not some weird cheesy video. This place is also very affordable, i believe it was only $ 35 an hour for me and my 4 friends. My only gripe is they don’t have as much songs to choose from compared to other ktv places. Maybe it’s because they are new or perhaps they more geared towards Chinese songs. Anyways it was a good time and we will be back for sure!

Newest KTV joint in town. Nice décor. New rooms. Friendly staff. They were still working out some kinks in their operations during our visit but handled it professionally and courteously. Will be spreading the good word around!
