I just can’t say enough good things about this place! Everyone is super attentive and sweet. Very affordable for the awesome job they do. Clean salon and utensils. They even offer adult beverages or water or soda depending on what your in the mood for. Great way to relax after a bust week. They can get you in even if you don’t have an appointment! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend it.

Worst place ever!!! The guy who did my nex gen nails did a terrible job! His breath smelled like cigarette smoke and his hands were sweaty and clammy. Him and the lady who did my pedicure talked the entire time. Even the massage was awful.

I have had a pleasant experience at this place. They are very nice and listen to me. Have been using them for 4 months and only had one incident which was resolved quickly. And the cost is affordable. Definitely have been to more pricey places with not so good results.

I can’t speak to the manicures or pedicures, but the technician who waxed my eye brows ruined them. I asked her to just clean them up, but when I looked in the mirror, they we’re both a good deal thinner and my right eyebrow was missing 2 patches where she had gone back and dabbed with the used wax strip. She refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong or apologize. Very displeased — go anywhere else for waxing.

So the lady who did my nails wouldn’t stop coughing the WHOLE TIME into HER VERY HANDS THAT WERE TOUCHING MY HANDS. She never apologized, never washed her hands, and never acted like it was anything remotely unsanitary.
Merggghhhhhh; sorry I came here to get my nails done, not bronchitis.
Prices aren’t superb either.

Worst Place!!! Do not go here, Dangerous!!!
They sliced my heel open, didn’t apologize, didn’t clean it, and I was limping around almost a month later from the infection! There is no accountability from management or staff at this place. I called to complain about the service (or I should say lack there of) and the manager claimed it never happened !!! I was floored the incompetence knows no bounds!!!

I went with a friend and got a $ 15 coupon off my next visit so I keep going back. I haven’t had a bad experience yet, always chairs open, good job on nails and great with messages. No complaints over here. :)

I actually had a pretty good experience here, the reason for my 3 star rating is only because this place is pricer than most nail salons — a basic pedi here is $ 33 whereas you can get a pedi in the $ 25 range at other places.
So why was it a good experience?
–My technician was really nice and thorough. She did try to up-​sell me twice on ancillary services (can’t fault her for that) but wasn’t pushy about it
–Free bottled water
–They practice good sanitation. After each cleaning, a janitor comes around to scrub the tub with bleach.
Also this is a great location. If they could just bring the price down a bit more, i would come here more often.

Why didn’t I check reviews first? My girlfriend and I were staying at the NYLO across the street and she wanted to get her nails done. Hey who am I to say no? I like a good Mani/​pedi on women. I get one every few months so I thought I’d keep her company and get my nails taken care of. Well the lady who was taking care of my feet cut my big toe and didn’t even make a mention of it. Just pressed down hoping it would stop or that I wouldn’t notice I don’t know. No mention no apologies still was charged full price and sent on my way. If you wanna get grossed out I have a pic of the dried blood and injured area. Maybe I should add it on here. Thanks for taking care of us. Made a real good impression of what Dallas area folks are like to a couple of out of town visitors.

Bad experience. I was looking for a new place and stopped in here because it seemed nice and was in a good location. I asked for a French manicure. The girl who worked on my nails must have been very new. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing and spoke VERY little English so that it was hard to communicate any problems.
1) poor shaping of nails
2) used cuticle oil to massage my arms — cuticle oil… really!!!
3) tried to sell me ‘sparkles’ for my nails… I’m 44 ??
4) proceeded to drop a couple of sparkles on my nails anyway that I didn’t see until I left
5) didn’t seem to use a top coat of any kind
6) just said «finished» when she brushed the last stroke — no fan, no UV, no «here let me help you be careful»
7) cost $ 22 — which would be FINE for a good product but this was not
8) polish started chipping the next day
oh and 9) she smacked her gum the whole time

I’ve been going here for almost a year and the service is usually good until recently. I’ve had two really bad experiences where my nail tech is being verbally walked thru my pedi or mani. The first time I was patient and the second time I specifically asked NOT to have anyone new. She was so new she almost put acetone on my finished nails and I had to ask her to file my other hand after she just forgot. She didn’t even know how to run a credit card. I told them I was not happy and got a blank stare. I will not be coming back.

I just moved to the area and I was hoping to find a good, clean, professional nail salon around here. This looked ok so I tried it.
The lady that did my pedicure was terrible! she repeatedly hurt my toes and did not apologize once decpite my protests. Again and again she would ‘dig’ in the same spot and hurt me. The day after my big toe had a severe infection that lasted 3 weeks. I am so upset that I almost wanted to sue the salon. I would not recommend this place.

Been in here twice now and they market the Shellac gel nails but that’s not the brand they use on your nails. You want the real OPI brand but you’ll pay twice the price. They do a good job but not very friendly and I don’t like paying for something when I’m really getting a substitute.
