This is one of my favorite lunch spots in town. It’s so flavorful and fresh! The staff are fast, efficient and attentive. The spicy seafood phở is my favorite! Their spring rolls are amazing. If you haven’t tried this place, get in the car and go. You won’t regret it!

This is the only good Phở Que Huong in the metroplex! I’ve tried multiple others and am always disappointed! We will only eat at this location from now on!!!

The Phở was good, it tasted a little different than what Phở normally tastes like to me, phở has a very distinct taste that always tastes the same for me. This wasn’t the same, it was good, just different. maybe too much Onion? They had several different types of onion in the phở. The beef fried rice was spectacular but the beef was cut into strips on top and not mixed in. If I wanted Phở and this was the only place around I would go there again but I wasn’t blown away. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here if there were a better place closer. It was clean and the wait staff were okay. I’m sitting here now not remembering if she checked back in on me or not, which means if she did she wasn’t very personable.

Workers are nice and friendly for an Asian place. They even checked up on us! I ordered nem nuong(meatballs) as appetizers. They were OK. A bit sweet. I had phở dac biet. Broth tasted like water and not flavorful but they were pretty generous with the basil and bean sprouts. Hubs ordered spring rolls– pretty standard and trio noodle salad as entrée– a lot of meat and food for $ 7.50! It was a lemongrass beef and other meats. He said it was tasty. Decent place & reasonable prices for Viet food in West Plano in a non-Asian area.

If you go before noon you can get in & out pretty quickly and the Phở is always good!

All my Viet friends always clown on this place but it can get you a quick Phở fix if you are in a bind. It’s not going to win any awards but they usually provide fast and decent food/service. I go here pretty frequently at lunch just for the convenient location for me. Other than Thursdays or Fridays you can usually get seated immediately and get in and out pretty quickly. Just go in with the mindset that this is a chain and making superior quality food probably isn’t the goal for a place like this. Plus you’re only paying about $ 8 on average for a dish. Not bad.

Went here last week because I was sick and needed some Phở. I ordered the chicken noodle soup(large) and some Vietnamese coffee. I had plenty to bring home for dinner and the chicken was actually a sliced chicken breast. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly, they didnt’ rush us out when we finished eating like lots of Asian restaurants do, we stayed for few hours once done and talked.

Eh. That’s pretty much the gist of what my impression of this place is, after my experience. Food was not very flavorful, but typical. Meat is the plainest that I’ve ever had, at least they were honest when I asked if it was seasoned it or not. Spring rolls were large, but then again stuffing them with more salad isn’t that expensive; but the gesture is nice! Phở average at most. No disrespect.

Maybe I went in on an off day for them which was this past Saturday, but from jump it was a horrible experience. I took my wife and kids and there was only two other couples in the place. It was slow and like the whole wait staff was rolling silverware. The first thing we noticed were the floors were absolutely filthy and horrible. One lady literally sat us at a booth that had food all over the floor and under it. Grossed us out that they hadn’t swept up after someone previously who apparently probably had kids. Anyway, we asked if this could be swept up and underneath the booth, as well. Chopstick wrappers and food crums all under it. Well, the lady go to the back but another guy waiter/helper comes over kind of pissed off as if we’re in the wrong and grabs a bunch of napkins as if he is gonna hand pick up whatever he thinks is on the floor, because apparently the woman before communicated something in their language to him. These people are apparently blind and must be use to filth. Anyway, I said it’s not one thing it’s like the whole floor and just look sir. Anyway, I can tell he is pissed or at least seems pissed then comes back with a broom and sweeps with a «were ridiculous customers» type of attitude. He literally sweeps up a huge pile of filth from dust, chunks of food, crumbs, chopstick wrappers, etc. I kept telling him thank you in fear of our food being spit in. Well, my wife is already on edge at this point about eating there so I said well let’s give it a chance. After the guy leaves he never comes back to our table and by then no one has taken a drink order or anything. Mind you the place is virtually empty with like two sets of customers and about 4 wait staff/helpers. I finally looked at another lady to get her over and just acts like their is nothing to be in a hurry about. She looks as if «do we need help» and I’m thinking is it not obvious we have already been here 10+ minutes and none of them have made a move to take a drink order especially after we had already spoke with two people about the nasty floors they put us in. Well, I told my wife let’s go. Grabbed the kids and left as the lady just stood there by the cash register area like a statue. I recommend never to go to this place. Horrible service!

I’ve been to many phở places in the Plano area, but I like this one most. One major reason is that this place is clean. The tables and chairs are shinny clean and free of grease. I’m not saying other places are not clean, but they are just not as clean. I like to put my elbows on the table when I eat, so I don’t want to get greasy on them or my sleeves. In this visit, we ordered two items: the fried flat noodles and the signature beef soup noodles. They put a promotional picture of the fried noodles on the door window. It looked so visually appealing. So we decided to give it try. We were not disappointed. The noodles were nicely fried. When it landed on the table, the aroma activated my appetite right away. The noodles were as tasty as they should be. One thing I liked about it was the amount of vegetables they put in with the chicken. There were mushrooms, carrots, green onions, broccoli, etc. One complain I have about Vietnamese noodle restaurants is that they don’t have vegetable dishes. You can’t order a plate of vegetables, for example. But they do have bean sprouts that come with any noodle soup you order. And we always ask for an extra plate! We also liked the beef soup noodles. The soup was very delicious, and the portion of the rice noodles was quite generous. We also enjoyed their service. Sometimes, the owner/manager(I think) would come out and take orders. And he always wears a friendly smile. This is not common for an Asian restaurant, let me tell you. Go check it out, and you’ll like it.

I should’ve gone with my gut instinct and gone to my regular phở spot. I ordered the Curry chicken rice noodle soup and shrimp spring rolls. The soup decent, good spice but bland flavor the chicken in the soup was also very rubbery like it was undercooked, the rolls were not good, very tough and hard to bite through, the peanut sauce didn’t taste like it was home made. I’ll stick to my normal place Phở Pasteur 2

First time here saw the reviews and how at their worst theybwere still ok so like, no lose sitch right? Totally right my mom and i got the spicy steak soup and the spicy seafood soup and let me tell you they are generous with the chili oil. Super tasty and filling and as someone who could never finish a «regular» portion of phở i really appreciate the slightly smaller bowls they have here [1 $ more for big bowl] The space is small max occ 79 but its got a neat and open atmosphere and the place smells delicious. Def coming back again havent even tried the desserts or special drinks yet!

Healthy, clean, fast — service was great — try their tapioca and coconut drink, yum — for appetizer: the shrimp roll’s skin was tough, disappointing — then tried three variety of noodle dishes: chicken pad Thai flat noodle, seafood noodle, vermicelli with grilled shrimp, beef, pork; all very tasty — an ok place to try!

Free drinks with your meal — always a plus I enjoy their beef stew noodles and their curry phở. Nice, clean place. Service is fast and streamlined. There is nothing spectacular about the place but absolutely no complaints either. This is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant

My absolute go-to spot for my phở. I probably come here at least 6 – 7 times a month! We have our staff lunch here every Saturday and I also come in with my girlfriend a lot! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The lady who’s often always there will recognize you if you come often and even memorize what you like. For example, I love having sliced onions on the side while I eat my phở, and she always. without fail. brings it out now without me even asking. I usually get the P9(fatty brisket) or the P16(meatballs). The broth is always consistent which is hard to find in a lot of phở restaurants! The meat is always tender and nicely seasoned. My perfect bowl of phở. The rice plates are extremely good here as well. I’m a huge fan of their lemon grass pork chop! The pork chop is always tender, flavorful, and huge! Overall the food is good and I love the service, so you’ll probably see me more often than not here.

This is my boss’s favorite phở place in the area so we always come here for company lunch! Phở Que Huong is a chain restaurant but this one definitely has the best quality! I have tried their chicken curry noodle soup, phở and curry flat noodles. The chicken curry noodle soup is exceptional! The curry broth is very rich and flavorful! It’s the best comfort food besides phở. Their food portions are all pretty huge and the side veggies are really fresh as well! Definitely coming back here next time when I’m craving hot noodle soup!

My sister has an extremely adventurous palate… me, not so much. Came to this restaurant so I could get something filling and tasty. The restaurant has a steady flow of customers and there’s a constant hum of conversation. Great service. Great food. I recommend.

My friend and coworker took me here to venture out of the usually during our lunch great. I had the beef fried rice(f3). I really liked it. The plate itself should be good for two. The meat was tender. It’s portion was sufficient. Pretty good fir$ 8.00. We came back here multiple of times for lunch and also with the family. Always great service. This should have been a 4 star review. I took a star off due to the Thai tea I ordered. The drink itself is good but the ice that came with it was not. It had random«root-like» item frozen within. It was not just in the ice with the Thai tea but also with the water they served. A bit disgusted. We came to a realization at the counter that they didn’t use an ice machine but rather just a cooler. Contamination? Yes. Selective instance? Possibly. But we’re not taking chances. We never ordered drinks from here anymore. We get food here and bobas at Fat Straws close by.

I picked this place at random because it was on my way home from Denton. I called in and the girl who answered was so nice and helpful. I ordered the large phở with extra beef. She told me it would take about ten minutes till ready. When I arrived my food was ready and waiting. My total came to about $ 11. That’s about average. The container looked a little small compared to most places but I decided to wait till I got home to really judge it. When I got home the container wasn’t as small as I expected. The noodles however were skimped on and the meat was lacking so I was glad I ordered double meat. Overall the flavor was great. I loved the broth and the meat is exactly the thin cut that I like. I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I think I am addicted! This Vietnamese chain is all over Dallas and it is a very good thing. Their phở is very flavorful, you can tell it takes time to make it. It has the right sweetness to it, bold flavors of spices. I guess star anise, cinnamon and cloves, among others. The only thing you need to do is to add the heat if sriracha or the red chilly sauce they have on the table. Banh mi is great here too. They have the best French bread in Dallas(althoug Pappadeux has an excellent one too). I used to buy the bread in another location, frozen. It is perfect. Lots of meat and vegetables. But my addiction is now the beef stew soup they serve with bread. The broth is also very flavorful as the phở, but has a deep red color of annato seeds. Little I know annato is original of Brazil and it is used to give a red color to many things, from body painting to food. Thanks for the info, Google! But to the point: the soup has chunks of very tender beef, it is amazing! Eat with vegetables and herbs just like phở. I think I need it now! Ask for B4 on the menu. Service at this location is fast and attentive. My favorite place to go on my way to home now.
