Pure Foot Spa

I have been going to this massage place for about a year and half. Great customer service at all time. I have been to other massage places as well but this one is still the best overall.
This is a perfect location for me because I usually go shopping at 99 Ranch Market after getting a massage and have dinner in the same plaza.

This place makes double appointment for groupons. They tell you ok come in give me your voucher number then they sneek it on a day before you arrive claiming you already redeemed it!!! They will make you pay for it again. I just spent 15 minutes arguing with the guy there is a mix up. He said i have to buy already used. Don’t get the groupon or go to this place unless you want to pay twice for bad customer service. Horrible experience!!! I even called before I drove an hour before i got here just to make sure. They lied to me!!! Waste of time I. Will never get back.

A groupon special caught my eye to this place: $ 17 for a 40 min foot massage with oxygen bar. Since I wanted to go on a Friday night, I called the establishment to see if they had any availability; in which they did. I booked my appointment, and a few hours later I arrived.
NOTE: This establishment is in a strip mall/​shopping center, so parking can be an issue. I had to park behind the building.
As I entered the building, I was greeted by a nice guy. I told him that I had an appointment and I also had a groupon that I would be using. He took the necessary info from my phone. I had a seat in their lobby because there was about a 5 – 10 minute wait, in which I didn’t mind. Next, I was called into a private room. The room setup is very nice, relaxed atmosphere with soft music playing. I take off my shoes and socks and soak my feet in the warm water for a few minutes. While this is going on, the lady who was doing the massage put this device around my neck for the oxygen bar. She turns it on and the device blows oxygen very lightly onto your face. Honestly, I could have done without it; it didn’t do anything for me.
The lady did an amazing job on the foot massage! Can’t beat that when you have only paid $ 17 off of a groupon special!!! I told the guy at the desk that I enjoyed the massage and that I would definitely be back!!! Definitely give this place a try!!!

I’ve been to many foot massage place and this one is the best. Decent environment and the massage therapist’s skill is great so I bought the package. So glad I finally found a good place to enjoy good quality of massage in Dallas.

I went to Pure Foot Spa with a KGB deal. I was so satisfied I told other people I know! I have spoken to 6 others who took advantage of the deal and were very happy with the service and plan to return.
I went back and bought a 10 massage package.
Allen, the massager, is very nice and is excellent at his job.
I recommend this place to everyone who enjoys foot massages!

I don’t know if there services are Any good because I didn’t even get far enough to book an appointment.
The person running this establishment was completely rude, he practically hung up on me and was completely inflexible when I tried to use a KGB deal voucher. For some reason as soon as I told him I had a voucher their schedule was magically booked up with no availability. Funny how that worked.
I have no idea how good or bad the actual massages are, but the customer service to just book an appointment was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place just off of that, made me wonder how I’d be treated if they had an opening in their schedule allowing me to even use my voucher. The $ I spent on my voucher was a complete waste!

Went with the wife for a couples foot reflexology session. She got it through a Group On deal.
I’ve been to one other foot spa before, this one is definitely better decorated. Upon entry they have a nice sitting area and gentle music playing. We had setup an appointment so we got there on time and gave them our coupon. We waited about 5 minutes while they got our room ready. We were finally taken back and the room had two chairs setup, again playing gentle music and dimly lit.
The gentleman worked on my wife’s feet, the lady on mine. They took off our shoes and put them into a warm water massage bath, then setup the oxygen. Basically a little plastic thing they arrange around your neck that blows O2 gently at your face. I could give or take that.
After about 10 minutes, they came back in, dried our feet and started the massage. Overall a relaxing massage. My wife wished they would have used a little more muscle, but found it relaxing. Compared to the one other place I’ve been, this was nice, but if I was paying full price I would go else where.
All in all, a decent shop. Clean and well decorated. They seemed to know what they were doing. But for full price there are other shops that will give you a better reflexology session. I don’t think I will go back.

The foot massage itself was really nice, but I noticed that my 1-​hour massage was actually only about 45 minutes long. 15 minutes or so of it was just a foot soak and having oxygen blown at my face. I got a deal on it, so I’m less upset about it than I would be if I’d paid full price. It’s still unfortunate. I’m not sure if I’d go back again.
