Best furniture store in Texas! They really care about their customers and have an amazing selection and great prices. Everyone is friendly and professional — from the salespeople to the delivery guys. There’s a reason they’ve been in business so long — their reputation is well deserved!

Sales team is great. But after you buy… watch out. Customer service is terrible. I ordered an ottoman I was told would be from the same«batch» as the chair I bought. But later they called to say they did not have the one in stock they thought they had from same batch as my chair(the fact that they lost inventory should have been first sign). So they said they would order me a new one that«would match exactly». But since it had to be ordered, it would be 4 – 6 weeks. 4 – 5 weeks later, it arrives. Does not match. I call to inform them my original chair has plaid design, ottoman does not. My sales rep was very responsive(so there is some hope here!) and told me to call customer service department. I left a message as they close very early. Did not hear back for 4 days, called them and they could not find my order. Finally did and said«oh I see here its a batch mis-match. Nothing we can do. do you want to return it?» What!!! No solutions? I asked what they could do and she said well she actually had to look into it more as they had not seen the photos. She could send someone out to look at it to see what they can do — «yes do that» I asked. She said she would call me back. 9 days later… I am still waiting for a call. Absolutely terrible that your business is furniture and you don’t care anything about it after the sale. Will never buy from here again. Prices are too high for the poor quality service. Stay away.

The furniture is great, but the service has been disappointing. Bought three pieces two months ago. Two were delivered timely, but it’s been a huge wait for the sofa. I was told it would take a month to do my «customization»(change the color of the two small pillows). Two months later, it was finally supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Thank heaven I called to verify the delivery. It will be the day after tomorrow. The problem? Blame it on the computer. Honestly, I think the salesman simply hasn’t followed up as he should have. Will never shop at this store again.

Dropped in today looking for some chairs and side tables as we are redoing a room. Found a great side table, wanted to buy it, but were told they could not sell it because the boss was coming in a few days and everything had to look good. They said I could order one and it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Since I have a friend that ordered a bed there and knew of his troubles, I was not keen on ordering. His bed took 3 weeks longer than quoted and came scratched and without all the parts. Nightmare! Anyway, if you go in and see something you like, beware… You may not be able to buy it! I would recommend the Weirs across the street. Went there and was helped by a very knowledgeable person. And, behold they are in the business of Selling furniture! So, I bought a table and chairs!

Excellent service and can do attitude. We recently moved to Dallas and wanted to look but not be pressured into purchasing something. Stephanie was great, offering ideas and helping us but we never felt pressured to purchase. We ended up purchasing a couple of tables and more recently were looking for an area rug.
