I was just in the store to get assistance pitching some Elfa shelving and was very disappointed with the service. I was ignored by three (3) associates, I had one literally invade my personal space to merely show someone else something, and overall just rude.
I come here all the time and service at checkout has generally been great, but today it went from five (5) stars to one (1) in a single outing.
Every customer counts, not just the one you happen to be taking to.

Awesome selection and even better service! Everyone here is more than happy to help you and they are a very knowledgable staff.
It’s hard to walk in here and not buy something you never meant to get– but that’s how it is in The Container Store.
Prices may be a little higher than average, but the quality and selection make it worthwhile.

I always have a love/​hate relationship with The Container Store; their products are amazing, but my wallet is always much lighter when I leave. I seem to have a $ 100 cover charge every time I stop here.
I love this location! It’s easy to get in and out of, the staff is super nice & not pushy, & they always have in stock what I’m looking for. Between this store & Ikea across the street I really should have no excuse for being disorganized!

This place is too addicting! I could spend days here picking out items to organize my clothes, kitchen essentials, make-​up, you name it! Ultimately, I’d love to just hire one of their designers to organize my whole house.. .but unfortunately, I don’t roll like that. Actually, I don’t mind organizing myself because I like to do that kind of stuff. The only problem is that I don’t know how to stop myself from buying out the entire store. Good thing some of the items I like are a bit on the pricey side. I may love everything in the store, but I’m not always going to pay whatever’s on the price tag.

If you’re a organization freak this place is has your fix!
Everything here is realy expensive though. Look out for sales on shelving every quarter.
They also offer teacher discounts look out for those.

If you need it to store or organize anything at all, this is the store for you! Closet, office, garage and living room shelving systens. Wire and wood, adjustable and with all the drawers and bins to fill the shelves. Also every possible kind of container for the kitchen. Little odds and ends — I got a holder to keep key cards together on the keyring and some colorful caps fir keys to distinguish different keys.
The staff were very friendly and helpful (I was looking at shelving).

Recently installed some Elfa shelving in my house and needed to return some unused items. The staff was friendly and quick, the return was easy and no hassle at all. This is a nice, new, clean big store. I will return when I need some more organization in my life which will probably be soon.

Had been wanting to visit this store for a very long time. Today was the day. We were welcomed at the door by an employee.
I was just expecting just containers and storage stuff but pleasantly surprised to see much more — luggage, desks and chairs.
The prices are a little steep but they do have a lot of variety for containers and options in terms of glass, plastic most of which is BPA free and stainless steel.
Employees are very warm, friendly and knowledgeable on products and help you with options.

Clean store, with excellent service-​plus employees.
One took the time to teach me how to wrap a gift with their awesome wrapping paper.
Only annoying thing is they always ask for a zip code or a telephone number. Why they have to do this is beyond me, as it’s very annoying to the customer. I always use an Alaska zip code ;)
