I’m a dive bar diva. I love me a good dive with good scarioke and this fits the bill. Diverse crowd, cold beer, fun KJ, and always packed. Some of the staff has changed in the last two years but still a good type. I would say the only negatives are that I haven’t tried any food and if you love karaōke, you may only sing once or twice on the weekend when it’s packed.

Good service. Good beer. Cowboys playing. What else do you want? The bar is spacious and has plenty screens to watch the game. The waitress was quick to help and very friendly. Next time the Cowboys play I’ll consider coming to this fine establishment to enjoy a good beer and friendly service. Look no more and come to this friendly neighborhood pub. Cheers.

This place STINKS. Look, folks, I’m no snob, but most of the people that come here are burnouts and other undesirables. Also, don’t expect prompt service if one is not a regular. Another Plano bar that is terrible.

The food is as fabulous as the service. Best potato skins in the area made fresh never frozen as is all their food. No hype or advertising you would only know about this place if you stopped by. Highly recommended.

Awesome food and great service! We LOVE the sliced fried jalapeños, grilled chicken sandwich, loaded French fries, fried mushrooms, pizza, sliders… I could go on and on! Ask for Brittnee!

if you’re looking for a trashy bar complete with conversations ranging from meth to baby momma’s, this is your place. I love going here every once in a while to escape Plano snootiness. I have never been to a bar selling girl scout cookies by the door and that is everything and more that I can ask for. The bartenders are awesome.

Great local cheers type environment. People from all walks of life are welcome and relatively drama free. Drinks are good pour and do the trick. Great little watering hole.

Average dive bar. The service was good. The potato skins were really good. It’s ok if ok works for you and you are thirsty for a beer.

This is the pace to people watch! You’ll see different walks of life here. From alcoholics to plain janes. I’d say I like crowds like that. Beers are always cold and mixed drinks are always stiff! And the prices aren’t bad. They have a great team of great bartenders too. Tina and Danny are the best. Not to forget, I love their fried mushrooms. One day is have to ask what seasoning they put in those batter.

This place is a dive/sports bar. The food is good, but the service is mediocre at best. I don’t agree with how they choice which games to display on their tvs because they only have the volume on the hot game of the night. Karaōke is fun, and it is a great place to hang out, but they need to start making changes before a newer and better sports bar comes along in Plano.

Just got back in from a night out at my «goto» bar, The End Zone. If I can’t figure where I want to go or just want to go somewhere local, this is the place I’ll pick. Once you’ve been a few times, the bartenders will recognize you face and, if not busy, even have a drink waiting for you before you get to the bar. They have the usual suspects on tap and a fairly good selection of bottles for a neighborhood bar. I see a few people mention bad and slow service. I’ve been coming here for probably 14 years or so, back when it was Sliders and Blues. I don’t recall ever having bad service. I guess every place has its off day from time to time. They do have karaōke more often than I really care for. I hate to say it, but friends don’t let friends who can’t sing do karaōke. :) As for the menu, there’s not much I’d really go for, but what I have had in the past has been good. Recently the Philly cheesesteak, full of meat, cheese and veggies and some very good home-made chips. In summary, to get the most out of this place, become a regular and get to know the friendly staff. If you are there to watch a game and don’t care for karaōke, bring your ear plugs. Expect a limited menu but prepare to enjoy what you choose.

Really great place for karaōke. Drinks are ok… depends on the bartender. Most tend to be light handed with the booze. If you are looking for a place to sing & hear decent singers End Zone is the place.

I’ve been here twice now. Experience 1: trying to watch college football. Notes: opened late, had no care that they opened late, took forever to acknowledge me(I was one of three guests). Instead of trying to find the game I came to watch the bartender and other guests just preferred to talk about whether it’d be on or not. After ten minutes and missing kick-off I just left. Experience 2: karaōke. This was an alright experience however it’s was jam packed in there. I guess it’s a go-to for karaōke but I’ve been to more crowd controlled venues for this.

Dive bar in the middle of Plano. Decent bar food. Pizza is good. drinks are reasonably priced. It is what you make of it. This is a place to hang with your friends when you don’t want to get dressed up or drive too far. They have plenty of TVs to watch sports and very good karaōke DJ on Fridays and Saturdays. The place can get crowded late on weekends, but the crowd has a good vibe and everyone gets along. The best thing going here is Gryf, the DJ. He keeps the crowd pumped up and mixes the songs up so everyone gets a little of what they like. If you are looking for a very casual good time, close to home, for drinking this place can fit the bill.

This is a great dive bar in the middle of suburbia. However, if you’re talking about wait staff and food, that is a different story. The karaōke consists of regulars who like to think they are singing superstars. The bar food they serve here is nothing spectacular. You have to ask for refills, even for alcoholic drinks too. I have been here twice. Once when it was packed and the other when it was slow. The service was still the same. The waitresses look unhappy like caged animals at the zoo. They also sport old TVs in their«party room.» Look at the TV and you’ll think you have cataracts or something. I wouldn’t come back. Within 10 – 15 miles, you can definitely find other places that appreciate your business and serve better food.

Was visiting from out of town yesterday and was looking for a sports bar to watch March Madness. When I walked in, I was SHOCKED that the games were not on and I had to ask twice to have them turn one of the TV’s onto TBS. When I asked the waittress to turn on TBS, she asked me why and I said«March Madness is on» and she looked at me like I was crazy. When the next game came on TNT, they didn’t have it on either. They had loud dance music on(it was 6:00 on a Thursday) and I asked if they’d put the game sound on and they said they only do that for«big events». I guess the NCAA tournament doesn’t qualify. It was just a little creepy in there and just a horribly run spors bar. The fact that there were 6 people there should have been my first clue. I was meeting folks there, so I had to stay 15 minutes, luckily there was another sports bar about 4 minutes away(Called The Franchise) that was a lot better(not brilliant, but a lot better).

Definitely a dive bar… in Plano. Its at Parker and Independence… behind the Blockbuster. It’s pretty much a place to go if you live in Plano, and you have been out all night at a real bar, and want to keep drinking, but you want to do it close to home so you don’t have to drive very far. They have kareoke, pool tables, and dart boards. Outside smoking area. The crowd that you will see are mostly regulars who go there on a multiple-times-a-week basis. They are older, mostly male, who probably think Saks Fifth Avenue is a football quarterback museum in New York City. My only word of advice is, if you’re going to go here, be drunk and DONOT take anyone home:)

One of the best dive bars I’ve been to! The prices are great and there’s karaōke on Fridays and Saturdays! And the karaōke singers are actually quite impressive. American Idol could use this place to scope out talent for their next season. I first went here for New Year’s Eve 2009 and was quite impressed when at midnight they brought around champagne and wheeled out a serve yourself cart of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cabbage, black eye peas, and cornbread for us to enjoy after midnight! Over the years, the number of people who have discovered The Endzone has increased. I was there about 2 weeks ago and the bar was the fullest many of the«regulars» have seen since they started going there. The bartenders are nice and very attentive. So if you’re looking for that bar«where everyone knows your name» in Plano be sure to check out The Endzone!

This place is much larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Decent happy hour prices for this blue collar bar– don’t be put off by the cement floor, the food is pretty good. Try the buffalo chicken tender sliders, in my opinion they are the best item on the menu. No pinball, but they have an Internet Jukebox, Golden Tee, and Karaōke. Texas Hold ‘Em on certain days.
