They don’t even deserve a star! This place is HORRIBLE! My nails were all different lengths, all different shapes, and my acrylics were put on poorly. Why this place is still in business is beyond me. My advise don’t go here, EVER!!!

The ladies have no patience and rush through the manicure leaving uneven globs and dents. Even when i requested filing my nails in oval/​circular she had no patience and I had to ask for her to file the shape more. Square shape is faster to file and she was lazy. She had to fix my shellac three times bc there were too many bubbles and dents that ruined the polished look. Horrible customer experience. Worst shellac manicure I have gotten in DFW. Do not waste your money.

DISGUSTING– I got my nails done twice, price changed each time. I got nexgen done and within 4 days my nails were lifting and looking horrible. I went in today to complain and to show them the horrible job they did, they didnt care and told me it was my fault my nails look bad. TOTALLY laughable!!! Then told me its 35 dollars to get them redone, WHAT??? I only paid 25 to get them done in the first place! these ladies are nuts! NO wonder this place is always empty. I hope they go out of business. Totally disgusted with their customer service, blaming me for my nails looking bad. WOW

I love this salon. The staff is awesome. I was so impressed with their work and friendliness that I have even bought Gift Certificates. My friends and family deserve to be spoiled and I am assured that they will be at Top Ten Nails. Diana is wonderful. Thank you so much for all that you do. Great to have you in the neighborhood.

Walked in and wanted a gel polish for nails and toes at 8pm. Left at 11:30 with a full set of «new» crystal nails? They are horrible! She cut me twice and my nails are different lengths and they have dried powder inside the nail bed that looks like there are white streaks where there should be pink. The edges are rough and uneven. My toes look nice but that is just a polish. The owner Diana was a nice lady but seemed tired. The nails where screwed up and redone but still look bad. She also charged me even though I walked out unhappy and my nails are visibly bad.
