Trinity Pediatrics, PA

I took my child to a 4 months check up, the lady at the front told me that without the physical card of Amerigroup she cannot let me in. i asked her to confirm with the insurance company and she said she did and they confirmed that we are insured but still will not let me in without the card. I begged her to accept me and ill fax or email it later on, she refused again and told me «Shhhhhhh» when I got mad, I asked to talk to the office manager and she told me the same thing and that they will not get paid without the card. I called Amerigroup and they said its not true, they would get paid anyway.
I have 2 kids at Trinity Pediatrics (Dr.Hidalgo) usually im happy with the service but I guess its because i have no experience. he always rush me when im asking questions, long waiting time to see the Dr and very not pleasant receptionist at front desk. when I told them that if im leaving i will not come back and take out my 2 kids they told me to have a good day. Starting from today my kids have a new Dr! Poor service!

This is an awesome little kids place, run by 2 Dr’s Hidalgo and Dr Colberg, been bringing my son for 5 years and now recently my NB daughter, Nice staff, can get packed at times, takes most insurance, Bilingual staff, very good mix of customers.
