I got the phở with brisket and round steak to-go. The portion was much bigger than other places and they put in a lot of meat. Fast, hot, and good prices. Defiantly a great lunch spot!

I came here for lunch and got the phở with eye round steak. Portions here are large, and service is good. The broth was a little oily, and I would have liked a little more herbs. However, it was all very flavorful, and I would definitely go back.

Vegans and vegetarians delight. Vegan broth with amazing fried tofu, tons of vegetables. Get the V1 Tasty Healthy Phở. I am here at least 2x a week, and have been loving this place for the past 4 years. Best service, best Phở in North Dallas.

Food was mediocre and environment wasn’t clean. Sorry, I was really looking forward to this spot but it didn’t turn out well for me.

Great great food. I got the steak verimicelli bowl and my wife got the spicy beef phở. The bowl is excellent and they don’t skimp with the meat. The Phở was great too, but they are not kidding when they say spicy. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the service is not great.

My go to spot for phở. I usually get take out and order a ca phe sua da while waiting. The phở has just the right balance of flavor and depth. Simply delicious broth. The protein is fresh and they separate the raw from cooked for assembly at home. They give an ample amount of noodles, steak, brisket, flank and tendon. The sides are fresh and they provide plenty of cilantro, basil, sprouts and jalapeños. Nothing like a great big bowl of phở when eating lite or trying to warm up. Great place to eat with a very friendly staff.

Food wasn’t bad. I went there a couple days ago for my second time and both times the service has been horrible. All the employees were on their phones while I had an empty drink and wanted the check. Not going back or recommending this place to anyone.

If you are in the mood for Viet food and far away from Garland and your next choice would be is to go with what you can get. So V Bistro it is. It’s clean, modernish, staff is attentive and nice. They give you a basket of complimentary shrimp chips when you first sit down. How cool is that? Not many, if any at all Viet places first that! I have gotten the beef cubes here and loved it, the beef was not chewy flavored well. However got the chicken phở, I didn’t feel the same about it. I got the white meat only and got plenty of tender slices of chicken. But what I don’t like was the sweet tasting phở broth. It has a weird aftertaste and makes you feel thirsty. Perhaps it’s MSG? Who knows.

After a day of walking out in a chilly weather, my nieces and I decided to get our phở fix and this is the closest one where we are. We had two orders of Meat ball phở. The serving is just right for an adult and both my little nieces shared a regular size bowl and it was just perfect. The broth is good but it’s not something I will rave about. I had other phos that are way better though the meatballs are really good and plentiful. I would comeback to try their rice plates and other stuff on the menu but if I’m wanting a really good phở, I’ll go somewhere better.

The wife had a hankering for Vietnamese so we tried V-Bistro. We started with the crab Rangoon and egg rolls for appetizers. They were very good. The fish sauce that came with the egg rolls was very tasty. My wife had the vermicelli with chicken and shrimp and I had the pork and shrimp with vermicelli. Both came with an additional egg roll — it was egg roll heaven! I asked for another side of fish sauce to pour into the mix(I love that stuff if it’s mixed well and it surely was), added some chili sauce, as well as some jalepenos to spice it up a bit. Oh yeah! All in all, it was very good, very fresh, and we’d definitely come back. The service was friendly and attentive although it is BYOB, so if you’re thirsty for adult beverages, bring your own.

My go-to vietnamese place in the area. I love the chips they give you at the beginning! Food and service are pretty consistent. Beef phở is tasty but I like the grilled pork with rice the best. Not dry and the portion is perfect. The egg rolls and spring rolls are legit too. They have a variety of other chinese/thai dishes too. I’m a little skeptical but hopefully I can get around with trying some of them.

I come here nearly every Saturday night with a group of friends. The food is good and I have several vegetarian options! The veggie phở comes with veggie broth and is a huge bowl. I will also sometimes get the banh mi with tofu, which is great with lime, sriracha and hoisin. The restaurant set up is perfect for groups of varying sizes, as the tables are easily put together as more people arrive. The wait staff is very nice and now has our orders memorized :) we will be coming here for many weeks to come.

My family and I came here to eat their Phở Bo Kho dish. The broth is probably the best I’ve ever had in the DFW metroplex and it tastes so homemade. The phở noodles were a little overcooked but it was good overall. This is something I STRONLY recommend for viewers to order if you ever have the option of eating here. I had their phở combination dish and it was medicore. I would probably go to another restaurant to eat phở. The restaruant is a lot cleaner compared to the typical Vietnamese restaurant and those can be kinda scary at times. The staff is really friendly and attentive. Overall: I will definitely come back for the Phở Bo Kho dish! Love it!

While I can’t speak for its authenticity, I think this place serves yummy food and super quick! Service is really quick, and food arrives promptly — about five minutes. I had the pork+shrimp vermicelli combo w/egg roll. While the portion wasn’t overly generous, it was the perfect amount to fill my stomach for dinner and wasn’t pricey. I really enjoyed that they didn’t skimp on the carrots and other vegetables to give the dish texture and flavor. There was an equal amount of noodles, meat, and veggies. The presentation of the dish was also clean and done nicely, which some Vietnamese restaurants tend to forget in order to get the dishes out quickly. Will come back in the future!

I’m not even gonna compare this place to the authentic garland phở restaurants, that just wouldn’t be a fair comparison, the location of this place clearly proves that it’s catered towards more americanized taste of phở, and for that I think their food is great, living on Frisco and Plano borderline I consider them to be the best phở restaurant around with lots of variety on the menu and actually good customer service, which is what a lot of phở restaurants are in lack of. I love that upon being seated they start you off with free rice paper crips, the menu allows you to add an egg to any entrée, and they actually come by to check up and refill your drinks. Food is consistent, there’s only one size for phở but it’s definitely filling, my favorite place for my Sundays hangover remedy!

Love it. Everything I have eaten has been delicious. Mostly I get the meat lovers phở and only get brisket. They are very accommodating with any special request I have. Give it a try. I even recommended their phở to a pure Vietnamese friend and he was impressed.

will be honest I went here for the reviews. I fancy a good bowl of Phở and the broth here was weak and bland. Disappointed i, expect loads of flavor in Phở broth, barely any. The brisket was ok tendon tuff needed to cook it more. I won’t be back.
