Food is good… but customer service sucks specially at night ugh

I’ll tell you what I like… this place has so much variety on the menu, that you’re bound to find something that you can eat! Unfortunately, the place was not the cleanest and the service was not that excellent service that will keep you coming back again and again. We ordered food to go. Everything was prepared as requested. Food was hot and fresh. But I think the grumpy service and the lack of cleanliness is why I am giving two stars.

Service is as expected as any fast food joint but let me tell you this. I only order a gyro platter whenever I go to a Miami subs and this store by far has the juiciest, tastiest gyro meat ever. Of course I’m only referring to Miami subs. Most of the other MS serves them slightly moist to dry.

Midnight disaster.

Surpassingly good service here. The food is the food — it’s Miami Subs, after all, so know what your getting — but the people are nice enough and they give you what you want. The drive thru moves at a good pace for the type of food they make and i have no complaints.

My first Miami Subs experience was awesome! The food was so yummy. I think I had chicken strips, fries and wings with soda or milkshake cant remember, all I remember is that it truly was delicious and I cant wait to go back!
