The sales people are worried more about doing side work and chatting, and completely ignore customers trying to pay, it’s ridiculous, nobody should come to this nasty location. They have no leaders or proper customer service training.

I called sears and after 3 minutes of going thru automated menus I finally got a person on the line to answer and they immediately hung up on me. I won’t be calling this sears. Wow what a bad phone system !

I would like to comment on Sears for the way they handled my kitchen counter remodeling on the counters and the sink and faucet replacement. The first thing is the ridiculously high price I agreed to. I wanted an outfit that would work quickly. And I wanted a lifetime warranty. I got those for a ridiculously high price. There were so many people involved in the deal, that I began to see quickly how Sears came up with this insane price of over $ 6,000 for a small kitchen. The granite that I wanted was not available so I settled for a composite material. It was shiny in the sample but not shiny on delivery. They worked quickly and ruined the kitchen paint job. They dislocated the dishwasher. Sears agreed to. 500 $ adjustment. It wasn’t nearly enough. They didn’t even clean up afterwards. The counter was scratched. Frankly, the whole experience was nightmarish. I could NEVER recommend Sears for remodeling of kitchens. Find a good contractor and Tell them what you want. BIG mistake to use Sears. Don’t recommend them at all!!!
