Sprint Store

What a horrible experience I had in this store! I came to cancel a line but they offer me a new phone just to stay with them blahblah I end up getting 2 phones so I could take off my contracts that what the girl said!!! I asked her many times no contract right? She said no no and I will also give you 600 $ on accessories is a promotion we have is free included on your monthly payment I said ok so they gave me 2 beats, a speaker and 2 cases, I notice on my bill that I have to pay 44 $ a month for the stuff I didn’t even asked for! So this lady lied to me! She said no contract lied again! She gave me a lease what a mess! I call to costumer service they said go to store to return all those items because we don’t want you to cancel the lines etc… So I went there again! Upset well the lady told me NO because I only have 14 days to do that. I told her I’m not paying for things I don’t even use! She said there’s nothing I can do you sign. I got upset I wasn’t yelling or calling her names or anything I was telling her take those things! This is not what you offered me!!! well guess what! She told me: if you don’t calm down and let me speak I will ask you to leave!!! Ha! Incredible what type of manager is this!!! I said ok I will call sprint again cuz this is not right!!! She didn’t care a bit! I called after an hour on the phone they said they will take all the items! Never again I wish a could cancel this service but of course I have to pay 600 $ to cancel what a horrible service Sprint and specifically this store!!! 0 starts!!!

Today decided to call sprint corporate and make sure account was clear. Mostly because I received a flyer in the mail regarding my «tablet».
I don’t have any sprint products anymore.
Speaking with Izi she told me I have a balance of $ 1,258.55 & good thing I called in today!
What?! She was nice but I had to wait on hold for each phone and tablet so she could submit an inquiry and request to remove charges! 4 devices total.
I’m finished with sprint and yet I still have to work to clear my account status! Good thing I saved the pin or she wouldn’t have been able to assist me.
11÷3÷15 12:53pm after all that BS… I get my mail and I have a NEW issue: after the previous balance and calling up to clear it, sprint sending me a check for the overage (because I knew I didn’t owe them anything they actually owed me)…now magically they charge me a $ 200.00 early tablet termination fee with taxes and surcharge! My new balance after I’ve been rid of them for months is $ 236.81!
Called up. Spoke to amber from their philippine call center. She disconnected us. Grrr! Called again and got Lennie. Nice but each time you call it’s quite a lengthy call!!!
She escalated it to a supervisor and now I sit back and wait for the drama to unfold!
best advice: when you see Sprint: RUN the other way!!!

I drive in and the boys standing at the door see me pull in a brand new Mercedes so their eyes pop out thinking upgrade, new phone blah blah! After 25 min a guy named RML proceeds to sell me up and every way after I told him I hate sprint and this is temporary so please connect the three so I can sell the five. He keeps going telling me about a $ 600.00 credit and how much I’m valued? After one month of service? He then delays the transfer and tells me the port may be damaged! This is after I have been there for 20+ minutes! He then offers I buy a battery for 49.99!!! This is a true professional! Lol
I get home phone charges up since it had a 16% charge and the phone is not activated!!! Wha a waste of time. I call him RML to tell him the amazing news on my phone being charged and how odd it works! He sends me to a 1 – 800 # to get my phone activated! Pathetic service, and I will tell all my friends to go to any carrier but avoid this store and this guy! What a pathetic and desperate approach to a sale. I am also writing to the CEO tonight.
What a bad bad experience. I don’t have a phone due to the great quality service provided by RML. Do not go to him unless you enjoy wasting time and getting a bunch of BS. Time value of money Sprint. Your reviews on the web are validated time and time again! Your reputation is earned! Congratulations!
So today I receive a response from the CEO and I am so happily surprised they want to hear about my experience! Good job whoever is handling this follow-​up! I found out this location is not a real sprint store it is an authorized store. Be aware and make your own decision!
I go to a real Sprint store (lol) at the Fountains and Nicolas Morales turned my experience into a win-​win! He listened and took the time necessary to get my phone activated and transferred! Good job Nicolas Morales!!! Go to him if you want a professional representative — 801 S. University Drive!

I was sent here from the store in the Fountains because they ran out of stock of Iphone 6’s. As soon as I told that to the guy that greeted us he was visibly upset. He mentioned that that store does it a lot and sends people here all the time — simply because on a contract renewal they don’t make any commission.
Now, I don’t know if the guy at the other store was BSing me or not… and while I was a little uneasy at how upset the gentleman here was — I do appreciate him being frank about the situation. He said it was an ongoing thing — and he seemed not so much pissed that they were sending the people to this store — but he said «the customer should never have to leave a store, to go somewhere else.» It seemed like he was concerned with the customer experience (and I’m sure a little pissed about the commissions too…)
Well, he got my contracts redone. Got my phones (the wife upgraded as well) and was pretty cool after initially being upset.
Listen, I get they work on commission… totally get that someone might not want to «waste» their time on a customer they won’t make commission on… but when the stores are empty (the fountains one was busy, but there were at least 4 employees that were free) you could at least earn your hourly wage. I was in and out of this location in a few minutes. And because of the way the gentleman handled our transactions I will come back to THIS store if I ever need charger or cases or anything else for my phone.
