New management, higher prices, service lacking. I was surprised to find out management had changed recently in the last month. The prices are $ 5 more per service and the technicians are in experienced. I paid $ 55 manicure and pedicure. The manicure was minimum service as it got busier unlike former staff that took time with everyone regardless. I’ll not be back. They may get better later which is why I gave two stars vs one star.

Great place! Vivian did my nails. She had to take the old off and was very gentle. She did an excellent job with the new set, making my nails look very natural. And the color we picked out has brought a lot of compliments. I have finally found a great nail salon. Can’t wait to try the pedicures.

Very sexy nails and great service but $ 65 for fill and design is kinda pricey otherwise I loved it here
Update* 18 hours later all my diamonds fell off. which costs me more than a pedicure to get done… not happy at all!

The owner and the ladies were all nice! Great service!
Clumsy me, I dropped a red nail polish bottle and it made a great mess! It was embarrassing but they smiled and said to me «it’s okay, dont worry» over and over!
Then a lady who’s been coming here for 6 years told me this is the best in town when it came to service, and recommended I become a frequent client too.
Thanks! I did feel pampered!

I have been coming to this place for a while, they’re always friendly and welcoming. Only thing I would say is they do get busy so I would suggest making an appointment, but they take both appointments and walk-​ins.

So glad I started coming here for my pedicures a couple months ago! Excellent pedi tonight by Lynn, she has good technique, from cutting cuticles, to shaping, and polishing (I can be very picky). Massage was relaxing too. Didn’t feel rushed. Very detailed. Angie has done my pedi before too, she is also good. New owner, Justin, is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed! Wasn’t disappointed at all. Thank you!

This place is so expensive!!! I came in looking to get a fill and color change for my acrylics and the lady was going charge me $ 55! umm no thank you, just lost a potential customer.

«Cheers» is the bar where everyone knows your name! This is the nail spa that makes you feel at home from your first visit!
I have been coming to this spot for the last 5 years! I have had to go else where in a pinch but nobody makes me and my nails feel our best than these ladies!!!
I only go to Vivienne for my nails! She is the master at getting my nails to their perfect shape square, almond, coffin, stiletto this gal can do it all and she also paints better than anyone else! Vivienne is a true acrylic master!!!
This spot is also the best place to get a pedi… I have gone to everyone here and they are all great however I do miss Natalie! For $ 22 you get a basic pedi that includes a scrub and hot stone massage!
Overall this is a great spot! Clean, friendly and superb customer service what more could you ask for!

Very pleased with my first experience here.
I came here on a complete whim, while I was running some errands in the area. It was the day prior to my birthday, and wanted my nails to be ready for the big day :) While not wanting to drive all the way back to the Clayton area (where I live) to get them done, I as usual, put my nail guidance in the hands of Unilocal.This place popped up closest to me and with the best reviews, so I gave them a call and booked an appointment to come in.
The place is small, and nothing fancy, though decent. I can’t believe I forgot the lady’s name who did my nails, but she was an absolute sweetheart, and did an absolute fantastic job!
Prices are also fairly reasonable.
Just may come back in again :)

I only give this place 3 stars because the owner is always so nice and friendly. I went to get a manicure today and the girl who was going my nails and being kind of rough. The she yanked my arm towards her so she can file my nails and put them in the soaking bowl. So she proceeds to pul my hand when she needs its. Then the «massage» I got was super quick, you can tell she didn’t care then proceeds to flip my pony tail really hard to that it hits me in the face hella hard just to «massage» my upper back. When she was all done I had hell of lotion all over that wasn’t even rubbed in! My nails turned out good but these Asians need to learn customer service cause now they lost a customer for good.

Was great the first time, the the second time my nails were tiny and short and started to chip at the corners by the tip of my fingers. Back to the search. I need consistent same nails every time. It’s more maintenance than spoiling just straight French fill same shape every time. Frustrating.

Just amazing! Brought my friend with me for the 1st time here. The ladies were impeccable.
Very friendly and took their time. Everything from start to finish was simply fantastic! We live in Antioch, but will make the trip to have our mani/pedi’s done here.
I didn’t catch their names but imagine all are terrific at what they do!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for about 5 years now, and honestly I love this hole in the wall joint. Not the most fancy nail place ever, but I always leave happy. Pedicure chairs are comfortable, they’ve got a great selection of nail polish, and everyone who works here (with the exception of maybe two ladies) gives great mani/​pedis. I usually can walk in and get in a chair right away. However, I do tend to call ahead for an appointment on Fridays and Saturdays.

Extremely rude service. I’m a Vietnamese speaker who dropped by today to ask if anyone was available to take a walk-​in. It’s a holiday weekend so I know it’s busy, but doesn’t hurt to ask.
The lady at the front cursed in Vietnamese to her employees saying she can’t believe people are dumb enough to walk in on such a busy day and inquire about a walk in.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional– I won’t be back. A simple «sorry, we’re booked back to back today» in English would have sufficed– there’s no need to bad mouth potential clientele.

Best nails salon in town!!!
We found this place because of my mom and we both will never go anywhere else.
It’s small I recommend an appointment! everyone is beyond friendly and takes their time on your nails. We had 4 people (mani-​pedis) all did amazing!
Every client in there was a regular. Great sign of a great place!
I can not wait to go back.

I recently started working in concord so I looked on Unilocal for a nail salon to frequent after work. I will say they do good work but when she charged me $ 40 for a fill it totally turned me off! I have never paid $ 40 for a fill in my LIFE! Their brochure said $ 27 for a gel fill and when I questioned the $ 40 she said because she put a gel top coat. (To my knowledge a gel top coat is included with a gel fill) but rather than argue about it, I paid the $ 40 and left. I will never return because I feel like she totally robbed me! (The problem was not about spending $ 40 but when your advertised pricing says one thing, that’s what I expect to pay)
