My prescriptions never got sent in and when I called to ask why they had no idea and had no explanation as to what happened. I even waited the next to pick up. Can’t imagine if that happened to someone who really needed their medication right after their visit.
Also had blood work done and been waiting to hear back from my doctor for 2 weeks when I was told it would take 5 – 7 days. I had to call and follow up only to find out it’s been sitting on the doctor’s desk for 5 days. I totally understand that it can get busy but when you have a patients who are waiting on results for their health or meds they need, that’s a little annoying.

Ever since I was referred to this practice have I felt in good hands. Dr. Allyson Tevrizian is very knowledgeable and kind, combined with high energy. She is determined to figure out what is bothering you and to then fix it.
This practice is also innovative, in terms of trying new treatments as they become available. I’ve also been treated by the nurse, Amy, who has been wonderful.

Your child having asthma is a horrible thing. We have tried to get my child’s under control for some time now, to no prevail. My sister had suggested Dr. Ally. We had already gone to a allergy specialist and found that she got no relief from his scheduled care. Once checked in we were taken to a room. We immediately saw a difference in the level of care. A assistant went over simple things to educate us on things we might not be aware of. She was nice and also scribed all of our concerns. When Dr Ally came in she spoke to stephanie who had scribed all of our concerns and brought Dr. Ally up to speed. It was nice not having to repeat our thoughts all over again. She also made sure to convey any of our major concerns we had. Long story short Dr. Ally was wonderful with my child. She was fast informative and we walked out with a plan specific for my child. We left feeling complete. Our child actually left breathing better than when we came in. Thank you to Dr. Ally and the wonderful staff.
