Waited for 5 min watching the workers doing some maintanance instead of treating the clients. Then when I asked for a milk based smoothy, I got a look like I said something unbelievable and was told they don’t do milk and moved away to read the menu. After asking just for carrot/orange juice, I was told they don’t have it! Then I just leaved… No suggestions, no help and I felt like I am not ok if I don’t know their menu.

Poor service and understaffed… Only 1 person working at lunch time? I asked if she was alone and she said the other person was«at lunch». Seems like poor planning to send half your staff away at lunch time! She had to read the recipe for each smoothie and seemed to struggle with the blender. 30 minutes from walking in the door to walking out, unacceptable.

I have become an expert on chunky strawberry bowls. I do not recommend to get any bowls at this location. First off, they are in a Safeway store. They only had one employee. The bowl was runny and it doesn’t come with strawberries on top. The lady was nice but didn’t look like she enjoyed working there. I am so used to having great people working at Jamba so I am spoiled. BTW no place to sit indoors.

Service was friendly but consistently stingy with portion size when I stopped by Sunday afternoon, 10÷25÷15. Come on, folks! When I pay for a large Mango A Go Go, I want a 100% full cup of my guilty pleasure, not a cup that’s 90% full! Couple customers before me also walked out with less than full smoothie cups as well so I know it’s just not me. Thanks but no thanks on THIS location located inside Safeway. I’ll get my Jamba fix elsewhere next time.

how amazing is Tricia! she always has a smile on her face even when it’s super busy. always greeting the customers & rolling out those drinks all by herself! i always tell her what a great job she’s doing but, just thought i would let the company know also lol

I feel bad for the one girl busting her ass as the other washes dishes. I’ve been in line for 12 minutes. 2 people working on a Saturday afternoon? Who is in charge of staffing? That’s just plain common sense that clearly more than 2 people are needed on a weekend! It makes it even more frustrating that my drink was made wrong. Banana berry should never taste like peaches and that’s all I can taste. So here i go into a ten hour shift, thought I would have a full stomach but clearly that’s not going to happen because i don’t have another 20 minutes to wait for another drink to be made hopefully correct. Don’t go here its a waste of time and money. I don’t know the girls name that was working but she was petite, about 5’5″ and had dark skin. If it wasn’t for her you would have lost multiple customers and even more money. Give her some real help from a coworker and a raise.

The cashier Daron h was so rude. I asked her if they have actual greens juices only and she got a bit attitude like as if I was stupid and gave me a look. A good customer service will be you explain what kinds of green juices you have.
