so i literally order the same coffee every morning. A simple large caramel ice coffee, and i pay the extra 30 cents for extra caramel… what ever that means, honestly i think i get more caramel when i dont. Im okay with this as im usually helped by Yessica, a pleasant employee thats easy on the eyes and a smile that i usually appreciate more then the food. But then theres this other blonde pimpley faced braud they dress up in a blue managers shirt for what ever reason, that has no business being near a business, much less be seen by the public. Ive gotten as many messed up orders as the next person but on this day, it just so happened that i wanted what i asked for enough to go inside after exiting the drive through and politely explained to a cashier that what i was given was a vanilla coffee, not caramel. Something obviously seen as its a lighter color, and well, when you have a caramel coffee every day and suddenly its vanilla its sort of apparent. I didnt single out this pimpley faced blonde manager(though it was her that made my drink), i didnt even ask for another drink. But here she comes marching up to me saying«no i put enough in there, cause i actually gave you 6 pumps instead of 4»… ok i never asked how many pumps you do, did, or have ever done nor do i know what a pump equates to, and im not asking for more pumps anyways, im just letting you know that this is vanilla not caramel. She says«noitscaramel». Ummmm it tastes like vanilla, and it looks like vanilla. she cuts me off«noitscaramel». Ok im no fastfood chain expert or nothin but it seems to me you should be if they are gonna dress you up in a blue shirt, so why would you doubt the customer you see every morning thats never brought an issue to your attenting, a customer that likely has functioning taste buds and is drinking a drink you made in front of you telling you its vanilla and instead of attempting to figure out if your«pumps» are mixed up or maybe you just made a mistake, what ever the case if your selling a 3 dollar coffee every day to somebody is it not worth it to just correct the order even if i was just being difficult? or save the 10 cents it costs this place and say you know what im tasting better then i.

Once in a blue moon, I have the urge to relive my childhood moments of eating at McDonald’s. As a result, I came here to have breakfast since it is the most popular item on their entire menu. I arrived at 6am only to see the workers still preparing to open the store. I was not able to enter until 15 minutes later. Service was subpar like all McDonald’s I goto. I ordered my favorite sausage egg mc muffin with a side of hash brown and orange juice. To my disappointment, the hash brown lost its crunch and was soggy or rather stale. My sausage egg mc muffin was chewy and rough. Most importantly, this meal came out to almost 7 bucks. For this price, I should have just ate at the local breakfast diner which serves fresh stuff everyday. McDonald’s has since lost its spark that made it famous. And this experience obviously proves why, expensive and poor quality.

Shady customer service. Waited 20 minutes for 2 frappé mocha’s while I watched the driver in front of me tap on the glass for 5 minutes trying to get the attention of any worker to let them know they shorted him a large fry. Then I arrive to the window to receive my completely melted frappé’s from a rude manager dressed man who failed to give me an explanation why my drinks were half melted. When asked he told me, «don’t worry about it, get out of here»

Dang, they can’t seem to get it right. Long waits in the drive thru and their shake machine is broken!!, AGAIN! Best place to pick up food for kids and then Indian food across the parking lot at Ashoka! But order is usually flawed and NOSHAKES, Sundaes OR Latte’s yesterday! Way to keep me on my diet!

Even for a McDonald’s, this one sucks. Not only do they take ages and fuck up time after time, they aren’t apologetic or even aware. Customer service at a McDonald’s– I know. But this one makes other McD’s look good. Even the one by the freeway where the manager robbed his own staff. That one’s miles better. So, when I was there for my one stupid/addictive drink on the way to work and was trapped behind a guy at the second window not moving or getting food or apparently doing anything for 10 minutes, I got a little extra Unilocal-minded. Most McD’s have long-wait orders move into the designated pick-up area, if there is one. These guys did F-all to move things along as cars backed up behind us and honked. The window wasn’t even opening; no one seemed to notice/care that there hadn’t been a customer in ten minutes. I was stuck beside the first window and eventually overheard employees speaking. The manager asked a worker what the guy’s order was– response: «He’s still here? That was like 5 hours ago.» That sounded about right. Neither one of them gave a shit or had a clue. Both of them and the lame guy at the second window ignored my attempt at figuring out what was up. Probably a smart move. And yes, once I made it through, they’d somehow managed to mess up my drink. Maybe if they’d had 20 minutes, they could’ve gotten it right. Probably not.

Your typical McDonalds. Staff have the usual apathy going on. This one’s kinda far from any freeway and there’s absolutely nothing around. Parking lot is tiny. What’s cool is this one has the giant play place for kids ages 4 – 12(or looks 12 at least hehe). Haven’t encountered a McDonalds with one of these in awhile.

What can I say. It’s a McDonald’s. Blech. It’s where I hang out when they’re doing maintenance on my car three blocks away. There’s nothing else here.

You are run by a huge corporation and your employees job is simple, to serve the customers. I don’t know who owns this place but the fact that i have to actually ask for ketchup every time is BS. it is your employees job to ask. Quit being cheap asses, its ketchup.

For the last 5 years, we’ve had the same problem with this location, and my daughter today said she does not want to come back again. The main problem has been the ice cream machine. It’s very frequently not working(or turned off). We have visited all the McDonald’s in this area and none of the other locations have ever had a problem with their machines. This one has been down on at least 10 visits over the years. We’ve had it. My daughter thinks they just turn it off because they don’t want to make ice cream. I’m beginning to wonder if this is true. I can’t believe that one single McDonald’s location would have the one ice cream machine that is always broken. We drove all the way there for a Shamrock shake for my daughter and couldn’t get one. We saw another group of kids disappointed when they couldn’t get a shake either. It’s absolutely unacceptable, and we do not plan to return to this McDonald’s again.

After our afternoon drive home from the beach, the kids, myself and my sister needed lunch. A fast lunch because we wanted a nap as well. We did the drive thru and the order guy was not in the mood for our crazy mom antics. We wanted a shake and their coolers were broken. It was one of those 100 degree end of summer days. So happy meals all around and a cheese burger for me. My sister got some type of chicken wrap thing. And no ice cream. Last year I also called to see if I could book the kids play area for my sons January birthday and they told me they don’t do that. I guess you could just show up and have a birthday if you want. I didn’t do it because I hate disorganization. McDonalds my go to quick lunch. But don’t play games at the window. They’ll have none of that.

Ugh!!! I am DONE with this place! I had a feeling I shouldn’t go to this one today! Last time there was a big, long black hair in my breakfast sandwich! This time, I got the wrong coffee. I paid almost $ 4 for a LARGEMOCHA and what I got was a MEDIUMCOFFEE4SUGARS, 4CREAMS! So pissed! Oh and the best part? The listed phone number they have is a FAX machine. I have called about 20 times now and all I’m getting is that annoying fax machine sound!!! I’m already at work and now I have to take time out of my day at some point and go get my money back!!!

I used to live around the corner from here, but now live in Tracy. My girl’s school is around the corner from here, so we’ll still frequent it. In the beginning, they would screw things up all the time in the drive thru. Give us the wrong drink, forget to take lettuce off something or just leave something out of the bag completely. But now when we’ve been visiting, we’ve been going inside, ordering, eating and playing on the playground. I noticed that they have a lot of employees working. So even if there is a long line, it moves fairly quickly. And also, the little Asian man that walks around and keeps the entire dining area clean, he’s so cute! But the floors and tables are always clean and the trash is never over flowing. Some people that have had bad experiences should visit Tracy McDonald’s. For a fast food chain restaurant, this is one of the better ones.

Ugh… A review of the most common fast food chains? You know it’s bad if I’m taking the time to review something so generic. This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever visited. On pretty much ever occasion I’ve been here, something gets screwed up or something weird happens. Stopped in on the way to the airport one morning and we were in a rush, so we didn’t get a chance to thoroughly check the bag, but they gave us 2 wrong sandwiches and forgot MY sandwich all together. Wow. Not even that, but this particular morning their credit card machine wasn’t working or something so they had to write everything by hand and use a check book calculator to figure out the total??? I don’t know. It was bizarre and frustrating. Whatever. Came in on another day and I went to use the restroom. Harmless, right? This is a nice area and an asthetically pleasing location. So I walked in and one of the stalls was«out of service» so I waited for the other one to free up. Wait wait wait… and then the door opens and out pops an adult male… in the ladies room. OH! The best part was that he was a freaking EMPLOYEE! WHAT? This place is ridiculous. Tonight I stopped through the drive though and ordered a coke and a hamburger and the guy basically threw it out the window at me. Oh well, first he threw my hamburger at me and ran away and left me waiting for my soda and then proceeded to come back to the window and give me a rude look and a «Yes, hello…» Uh, my drink dude? Absurd. Don’t come here. There are 10 other McDonald’s in the area; choose one of those instead. Unless you’re a glutton for punishment, then by all means…

Only been here once. Always pass by on my way to school. Wont be stopping here again. Ordered the 20 mcnugget meal deal. He asked large or medium. I was thirsty so I said large. Drinks are all a dollar right? Then tell me why I got a large fry but only a medium drink. Then they wanted to charge me for a large drink instead. Not easiest to access makes this a no go for me.

I get really irritated lately. It’s kind of ridiculous. But I’m getting super frustrated with this McDonalds. #1 reason, they put really new hires on the cash register by themselves during the after school rush. For some reason I’ve found myself at Mcdonalds for hot drinks at this hour(doesn’t make much sense because I’m not a child or a mother). And it literally takes like 15 minutes to even get to the register. And I was just so over it the other day when a girl was like joking around instead of chip chopping and getting those orders out quick. IT’S CALLEDFASTFOODNOTCHATTYFOOD.

This Mcdonald’s location by far is my most favorite location here in the Tri-Valley via their Drive-Thru service. I’ve always gotten the best customer service and have gotten my orders correctly. Today, I went out for a nice drive and stopped here before I was on my way back home. Their speaker on the Drive-Thru on their left was a bit statically so when I was handed their hot coffee, I had to send it back because I didn’t order that. But, with a look they gave me, they gave me the correct Med. McCafe Caramel Flappacino that I ordered previously without anymore explanation so I left happily. I will most likely be back. I just love the location and the area. Just so beautiful. And, make sure you eat fast food of any kind in «moderation.»
