Jack In the Box

I love Jack in the Box, not so much my hubby. It was okay. Just felt like no one wanted to be there and was inconvenient parking. I will still go to Jack in the box but maybe another one.

I’m not sure who the «african american» woman is that works night shift, but she needs to be fired. Im a type 1 diabetic that travels by foot (new to california dont have a ride yet) the inside was closed, which is cool, but i tried to order at the window (blood sugar was extremely low) she just turn around and yelled «sorry, you dont have a car!» Later i went back with a car and i was told they were closed. At a ²⁴⁄₇ establishment?

Until the rude, condescending, African American woman (who works late nights) is fired, quits, or finds a different job flipping burgers at another establishment, I will not be back here. We have an issue with her EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Tonight, we pulled up to order and the menu light was off and we were immediately greeted by this woman saying (in a rude tone), «THE LIGHTS ARE OFF FOR A REASON… WE CLOSED» Keep in mind, this location is open 24 hours and we would have gladly accepted this information in a different tone. Teach some customer service skills or get rid of this woman.

WORST. SERVICE. EVER.
drive thru order– taker couldn’t handle our simple order. got called «complicated motherf****rs» when we asked to add a third burger to the two we had already ordered. «are we done with the burgers!!! can we be done with the burgers!!!» — WOW. someone, help that guy. his workload is clearly overwhelming him.
added tacos to the burgers (WHOAAAA), which were left out of the bag. when we didn’t want the cold tacos, only the money for them back (WHAAAATTT!!!), we were treated beyond rudely.

Been waiting in the line for 45 minutes now n they have like one or two people working inside n they’re probably getting high in the back instead of makin food.

This place is great during the day, but don’t expect a fast and friendly visit after 11pm this establishment tries to trick customers by blocking the drive thru and barricading it just so people won’t go through it. This place is supposed to be open 24/​7, so the third time I came to see it blocked I got pissed and ran over all of their barricades. Plus when the people came to take my order they was only 1 person working. I felt bad after that, but it’s not my fault people don’t want to work.

Order a spicy siracha burger today and curly fries. I was really craving a burger with bacon and decided to get the siracha burger. So sad because they forgot the bacon!!! Not only that but, both the burger and fries were very cold. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours.

Supposed to be 24 hours, and definitely was not on a Friday night. Did you just decide to be subpar, or what? I hope you don’t disappoint everyone else. Lazy af.

They get your order wrong about 40% of the time so you might want to check your order before leaving. The get the order to you quick like most other fast food restaurants. The problem is they do not listen to what you order specifically and even after repeating several times they still get it wrong.

So good! Best place to get a late night snack! I come here after night class whenever I skip dinner and I always get 2 tacos and 3 piece egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce. Last night I got the new Jack’s Blazin’ chicken sandwich and it was so good!

Horrible horrible customer service! My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru @9:30 and we’re trying to place our order. the girl at the window wouldn’t shut her mouth during our order and insisted. I mean insisted that we get a combo! She said it would make our order less expensive but when she took it off our price went down $ 6. anyway my boyfriend had a sore throat so he raised his voice enough for her to hear and when we got to the window she started telling him off! She was saying that she was only trying to save us money! She looked frazzled! Fast food is a hard job. not rocket science but hard! Really, of you can’t stand your job quit! Find something that you could be good at and treat people well!

My buddy and I were going to a couple of skate parks and wanted some food ahead of those. It’s always a tough decision, especially in an area I don’t know so well. (Coincidentally, I had been to the Peet’s location down the road just a night or two before that.)
Jack in the Box has some good breakfast items, and I still didn’t get my Grilled Breakfast Sandwich, even though I had ordered it at one location and they gave me something else. This was an opportunity.
I ordered that and a hash brown, and my buddy ordered a sausage burrito. Between $ 3.00 and $ 3.50, they were reasonably filling, though it seems you get more in a burger for the same price.
Service was friendly but not particularly quick or efficient. Tables were not particularly neat or clean but it was nowhere near disgusting either – typical for JiTB.

Restaurant said they did not yet have the burger that I received a coupon for in the mail. They would not substitute it for anything else and then when I reluctantly decided to get another combo advertised on the window they charged me extra and when I asked they said prices went up a few weeks ago. I said they should take down the sign then and the clerk said sorry.

I visited this location two days in a row and both times had a negative experience with customer service. I understand I’m going in during the late night shift but that’s no excuse to be rude & disrespectful. If I had a choice for any other food during these late hours I would be there over jack in the box any day. At least at this specific location.

I Love the fact jack in the box serves you whatever whenever as far as breakfast. Love their curly fries and number 11. Im kinda hooked

If you’re into breakfast like me, then you should stop by jack in the crack! They have breakfast all day and the options are very tasty! Breakfast burrito is great, also try the ultimate breakfast sandwich: D

Jack in the Box had the fish fillet featured on it’s window but didn’t have any pricing on it’s price board. had to ask. cashier didn’t know either. had to check register.

Its quick, staff need to pay more attention to cleaning up the inside. There is nothing decent for breakfast, nothing under 500 calories. I’ll get an egg mcmuffin instead of coming back here. The fries were good.

I’m reviewing the Drive Thru.
It’s been good couple of years since I last had Jack in the Box.
I came to this location for the first time (for lunch) yesterday on the way home. I picked up a Deluxe hamburger plus medium curly fries for under $ 4.00, not bad for a fast food and I missed having Jack in the Box.
Drive Thru was fine except, whoever just left their Black Celica/​Honda behind (middle of Drive thru traffic), some of the drivers going through the Drive Thru and out the other end had a hard time getting out «Thanks» to the moron (driver) who left their car unattended to run back inside. If you’re reading this, «Have you ever heard of a parking lot? If so, use it next time.» Sometimes, I don’t understand how some people even got their License let alone pass their driving test. Rofl
I definitely enjoyed the Deluxe burger plus curly fries so I will definitely be back. Service was good and got the correct order so of course, I was happy.

I thought I broke my addiction to Jack in the box; I am back again, saw these commercials for «waffle breakfast sandwich» had to have it. And, I have been having them, and when wife is not looking, buy them for the kids before soccer, they are good. I never liked the beef patties in fast food places, but somehow, those little waffles, with syrupy things inside, with egg and cheese, together with the patty, tastes so damn good. My kids love them too.
Interesting how the staff rotates, a lot of new faces, it could be just that I switch up between the time of day I go; night time for spicy chicken with cheese, to the morning waffle breakfast sandwich, but the staff has always been really good to me, night or day. Fast, correct order, very pleasant, always with a smile, and now asking how the service was when handing over the order. Very good I say! Glad to have you here Jack, keep up the good work!

Food is average, service was friendly but subpar
Stopped by for a quick dinner (don’t judge me, i was in a rush). Ordered jumbo jack combo + 2 tacos because jack in the box has the best tasting crappy tacos (I know that doesn’t make sense, but it’s true).
They somehow lost my order when there were only two other customers and after waiting for 10 minutes, I politely reminded the manager who took my order. He was apologetic and upgraded my order from small to medium (/​shrug). When my order finally arrives I took the bag and left (again, in a rush). Started eating while driving away, realized they didn’t give me my tacos and had to drive back for them (rush or no rush).

i had a bad experience with the 22 year old manager here. Poor kid couldn’t make a decision to save his life. he just punched buttons in the register, looked at me and said «I can’t do it» WTF!!! Your the boss kid, you can do it.
I also learned on a separate occasion you can not walk through the drive through when you are waiting for the police to clear out the bar. BUT people who actually are driving through the drive through are often receptive to, «if you order my food i’ll buy you some tacos…»
minus 5 stars for the night manager.
plus 2 stars for good fried tacos at 2:15 in the morning
