Just got a $ 39 clock radio here and the batteries to operate it. It was to make background tunes. When I got it home and opened it up I realized how cheaply made it was. The box it came in was heavier than the cheap little radio. It did not get any stations at all. Terrible reception. And even the white noise sounded tinny through the cheap speakers. I had toy smurf radios as a child that sounded better. $ 39… Seriously? This thing could not have cost more than 39cents to make. I would not have been so upset — that’s life sometimes. But the a**holes that sold it to me would not not refund my money when I brought it back. They would not even refund the 20 pack of aaa batteries (which I have no other use for — and which they suggested I buy because of the economy value). So I’m out $ 45. I left it on the counter and walked out. They did not seem surprised by this. In fact judging by the easiness of their no-​can-​do attitude, I guess they they are quite used to customer dissatisfaction. It doesn’t phase them anymore. I hate business that don’t care about quality.

I went to this store with my son at around 3:30 PM, on10/​13/​2014, to buy an SD memory card reader. Two things happened to me that made me decide not to ever go there again. The young male clerk abandoned me for a male Caucasian customer who came in after me. The nice customer made it clear to the clerk, at least twice, that he should take care of me first, because I was there first. The clerk ignored it. My son took that time to walk over to the back of the store looking for a men’s room. The back room’s door was wide open so he went in. But he quickly came back out. Before any words were exchanged, the clerk ran to him and literally shouted, «What are you doing there? What are you doing there?» His face turned all white, as if he had caught a thief or some kind of criminal. My son said he was just looking for a restroom. The clerk didn’t apologize and went right back to that other customer, who told him once again that he should be tending me first. The clerk didn’t budge. At that point, I couldn’t stand it anymore. I just set down the product I was looking at and said to my son, «Let’s go. We don’t need to buy anything here.»
I have been an immigrant in this great country for 26 years and have never ever been treated so rudely before. We walked across the parking lot to Walmart, received very good service from a young clerk and bought our SD memory card reader there. I am never going back to that RadioShack ever again.

Went in here to buy LEDs and the staff was so nice and helpful… really like their attitudes and willingness to help me in my robotic builds. Thanks guys… I’ll be coming by again!

Joseph is awesome, always knowledgable and helpful. Always buy all our phones electronics from him. Usually phone upgrades a pain and take forever but not here! They are quick and painless! I would highly recommend this store.

Just upgraded my wife’s and my phone here at Radio Shack on Rosewood Rd in Pleasanton. Talk about customer service! The staff was so knowledgeable and eager to help. They answered every question we had and made sure we understood by demonstrating functions where necessary. The phone upgrade price to the Samsung Galaxy 4 was the best I found. I’m so happy with this place, I’ll be going there first for any electronics I need to buy.

I used to work here, and I’m proud of this place. I loved the store and the management. We ran the store with pride and care. Treated this place like my own home. I highly recommend going to this RadioShack for electronic needs. The manager knows everything about the store and trains his employees well. They usually have great deals on cell phones too!

I bought a VHS converter to DVD and its still working a year later. The counterperson that helped me was quite cordial and helpful. There is plenty of parking.

My husband & I have both come into this Radio Shack and have received excellent customer service. We’ve purchased cell phones, components, card readers, etc. Joseph and his team have always been very helpful. Joseph is always very patient and makes sure that all of your questions are answered. I don’t live in the area anymore, but I still work nearby and will continue to come here for my electronic needs.
