We’ve been coming to this round table since they opened. It’s good on nights when I just need a quick and easy dinner. It’s a quick drive for my husband to pick up food. Round table is expensive though and this one is super stingy about handing out any coupons. I think I’d be more opt to order pizza rather than heading to the taqueria or another place downtown if I had a coupon for a small discount. We live within walking distance to downtown and it can be easier than my husband having to drive to pick up pizza since delivery takes so much longer. My husband asked today about coupons when he picked up a pizza today. The employee said that they were doing away with coupons completely. This seems crazy to me! People are so much more likely to buy something if they feel like they are getting a deal. There are other locations that have coupons available for the same product.

Great buffet. Fresh cooked items. Good salad bar options. Staff were friendly and not coupon Nazi’s. Good Round Table. 1000% better than the downtown one it replaced. The service there was terrible.

I know people on Unilocal just love to complain. This is the THIRD time I have ordered and never received a pizza after over waiting over Two hours. I live 7 minutes away if you walk with a limp… It’s not hard to do a job. It is hard to track down your order and get your money returned to you. I hate being lied to. It’s Halloween I get it you are busy. But I was sitting on my porch passing out candy. Don’t tell me they knocked and no one was home.

This location has the worst customer service of any Round Table I’ve ever ordered from. The first time ordered, I did everything online through their system and it kept telling me that my debit card was declined. I had three erroneous charges come through my bank account and it was literally like pulling teeth to get through to someone at Round Table who could help reverse the charges. I made the mistake of ordering from them again recently and was told that my order would be delivered by 7:50pm. I called at 8:10 checking on the status and was told the driver is en route, should be at my home any minute and that I was his first stop. The pizza did not arrive at my house until 8:40pm!!! This is after ordering it originally at 7:00pm! Why give a delivery time when you’re going to be an hour late??! AWFULSERVICE. Choose another location. Save yourself the headache.

I called in with a 4 $ off coupon today and at first the woman on the phone was as polite as u could be working at pizza place(like she hated her job) if u get my drift. I order a large cheese pizza for delivery and i was paying with my card. She charged my card 27.09 which was fine but then I noticed the 4 $ off was not in that price that she quoted me so I called back to ask … She said she would add the 3 $ off of the bill I told her it was fine she didn’t have too and we hung up the phone. 5 mins later she called me back and told me she would have to run my card again cause it didn’t charge my card which it did in fact charge my card 27.09 I told her she was not running my card again cause she had already charged me but she was auguring with me that it did not change my card. So I have an app on my phone for my bank statements and she clearing charged me. Then she proceeds to argue with me and tells me they need to charge my card and that the 27.09 will go back on my card in 48 hours so she would have to charge me again but it would be 3 $ less. I refused to do that or give her any permission to use my card again… Then she told me she would call her district manager then call me back. Which she did but only to tell me there’s nothing she can do. When I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager. So because of all of this hassle there’s even more I had to call my bank make a complaint to them and they put it as a counter fit issue and now my card is canceled and will have to get a new one in several days

Rolled in for lunch and got personal pizza plus salad bar. All are fresh and well prepared. Store is spotless and service is great. Best bet for fresh pizza in the area. Beats other Roundtable’s in the area as well.

I understand good help is hard to find but everyone in the service industry needs to understand a few basics that’s it. 1. When a customer calls and wants to buy something you just take their order and say yes to everything no matter what time it is. 2. Stay positive 100% of the time and calmly act like no matter what request you get you can handle and find a way to make it work. I recently called this location to place a massive order for our business and it was around 10:30 they don’t start delivery until 11:30 but any genius would just take our order smile and say okay see you in an hour our try asking when we need it delivered. The lady couldn’t handle the phones and really just sounded like she wanted to get off the phone. It was 7⁄3 morning shift…

Love this location and store! The restaurant is clean, lots of beer on tap and a couple big screens to watch the games. The food always looks/tastes exceptional. I’m really impressed with the customer service, as well. They’re very friendly and customer-oriented. I had one online order that included a 2-liter Pepsi. They had run out of Pepsi but immediately called me asking if I’d want another option or to have the soda refunded. It’s a small gesture but those add up. I wish these guys luck and hope they stick around a long time.

I love round table pizza, but this place has the WORST customer service! I placed an order online at 5:10pm and received a confirmation that my order should be ready by 6:08pm… At 6:10 I called just to get an update of where my food/driver was at that point. I gave the girl on the phone my confirmation number and what I had ordered… She apologized for the delay and mentioned the driver is on route. Ok cool! Starving at this point. The 6:30 rolls around and I call again. This time I am told my order wasn’t actually put in until the first time I called at 6:10??? First off this defeats the purpose of online ordering and then I talk to a manager and great customer service would have been, «we are very sorry and this order will be free of charge@ tight? Nope! She says sorry nothing we can do at this point and if you like we can give you a credit for your next order??? Umm what makes you think I will order from that location again and second of all you never offer that! You always give the current order free of charge. Not like my order was $ 200! It was $ 40! Point is the food can be amazing, but if the customer service is bad then the food is too!

New, clean, great service. Food is fresh. I just don’t care for Round Table pizza anymore when there are artisan pizzas and better tasting pizzas nearby. This place is great for old school Round Table pizza which didn’t hit the spot for me today. But the pizza was well made and the people working there were great.

Brand new Round Table location. Called them up and the guy was very helpful and accommodating. Got a good deal without having to clip coupons. Pizzas were delivered before mentioned timeframe of 50 minutes and were exactly as ordered. Delivery guy brought cheese and peppers even without me asking. Pizzas were delicious. Hope these guys stay consistent with great service and pizzas. Will definitely order again from this location.
