So sloooooooooooow. Had to leave because it took the old lady who works in the morning 10 minutes to make one sandwich. Since there were 2 other people ahead of me at 10:30, I didn’t have the extra 20 minutes to wait. Togo’s has franchise standards on how fast their workers need to be and they are fast. This woman either needs extra help or training. Plus it is very hard to understand her. So frustrating.

Great place to eat. Workers are always very nice and friendly(although I did have a worker that had some trouble understanding English, but that is understandable). Never once messed up my order.

Sandwiches are ok but I feel they just get smaller and smaller every year… no Subway is very good at presentation or preparation. The tables are usually a little dirty and the employees are usually pretty cool. This store in particular is never crowded so at least you can get in and out quickly.

I have never really been a patron of subway. However, this location opened very close to my home so I decided to give it a try. It is family owned and operated, with two young gentlemen(I think they are cousins?) that seem to work there all day, every day. They are friendly and attentive, and do a great job of making your sandwich with care. Also, the ingredients are fresh, and the store is always very clean and inviting. Overall, probably the best subway location I’ve been to. Will be going back.

I wish I could give less stars. TERRIBLE service — incredibly rude and just awful quality. Still figuring how to upload a picture of the sad excuse of a sandwich they made.

My sandwich was so soggy and full of oil and vinegar. what the heck! I ask the lady if I can get one made again and she says no. throw the whole thing in the garbage. the other worker started talking in different language. So rude!!!

I got lucky and my chips were not expired! Went this evening and service was very good, Sandwich was fresh and I guess the reason this store gets five stars is that the inside was spotless. A lot better than some other Subway’s I have been too.

On Wednesday, January 30th, 2013 — early evening. I visited this Subway location on Bernal/Valley here in Pleasanton for the very first time to pick up a 6 inch sub + Kids meal + 6 cookies(3 White Chocolate Macadamia nut + 3 Double Chocolate chip cookies) = to go. This Subway was like any other locations you may have been to, spacious, clean, good lighting inside and I believe it’s fairly new although I’m not sure when their grand opening was. This Subway is located right next door to Panda Express, which across the way, the City of Pleasanton is creating its very own CVS and last year or the year before that opened a brand new Safeway store, which is alongside of Northbound 680 with main intersections of Bernal Ave/Valley with the Chevron gas station/Carls Jr right across from the County Fairgrounds. Overall, I got good service and I will definitely be back.
