We met Sergio at his San Francisco store. We were shopping for a new dining room table and chairs. He helped us find something we really liked, which was available to see and sit at in Pleasanton. Easy to deal with and a great price. We had our new table and chairs a week later(could have been even sooner, but we were out of town.) We are very happy with our new furniture.

I just bought 2 end tables from a catalog here and I did not know they’d come in a box and required assembly. After they were assembled, I communicated they didn’t arrive in good condition and were wobbly. Sergio told me he’d return my money in full and give them to me as a gift. Now that’s a great way to keep customer’s happy. Thank you Sergio! You really made things right and I very much appreciate it.

My mom bought a dining table set about couple years ago from Toscana. We had to get minor adjustments with one of the chairs, but had no idea how to fix it. My mom and I brought over the chair to this shop without any hope to get it fixed, because simply it has been so long since we bought the set. When we went to the shop, Sergio took his time to take a look at the chair and fix it. He was very knowledgeable with furnitures and gave us tips of how to take care of out chairs with such a great smile! If you want furniture with great price, quality and amazing customer services, this is the place to go!

We bought our bedroom set from Toscana furniture store in Pleasanton 3 years ago. very happy with their product. They carry a good quality material, and their prices are reasonable. You get quality merchandise for the price you pay. Since we were happy with our shopping last time we came back a few days ago to buy our dinning set. Sergio helped us to pick our dining set. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Besides the great customer service they have in the store, their delivery is outstanding. I will definitely shop from the store in future, and I strongly recommend them.

Bought dining furniture from them, after opening the box we noticed one piece was damaged. Called Sergio immediately and send him an email with picture and part’s name and number. Never heard from them since the email, keep calling and still hasn’t got the part that has the damage. To top it off today Sergio told me the manufacturer might not accept it, and since there is no return or exchange in that store I will be stuck with damaged furniture. Never was told about the policy, or any signs on the walls. Their CUSTOMERSERVICE is very poor and they are not for repeat business, just the immediate sale only. ANDWEPAIDCASH– BIGMISTAKE

Today was the delivery of the couches. Again the delivery guys called ahead of time, were prompt and efficient. They also helped make room for the new furniture. Found a manufacturer defect in the ottoman and called«D». He made the process very simple by having me email him photos of the defect I took on my phone and will have the manufacturer replace it. I realize they are just the middlemen between manufacturers and customers, so can’t hold them accountable for how the furniture comes out of the box. How they deal with it is what matters. And they handle that quite well. I’m pleased with my experience thus far and would return to them in the future.
