We both enjoyed this store. Not a main grocery store here but really enjoyed. However, for us, the bread was waayy to much to eat.(not big bread eaters) We will be back.

Well, if you manage to come here on off peak times, like I did on my last trip here, the parking is not totally bad… just bad, but not impossible. The store size is decent, but still smaller than most. The lines do move fast and the staff is friendly in their Trader Joe kinda way. All the usual smacks and frozen foods are available, but what I came this time was wine. I just finished a nice dinner with a friend and we wanted to have some more to drink, so instead of paying bar prices, we just came here. There is a nice selection of moderate priced wines, and you’ll be sure to find something you’ll like for a decent price. Sometimes this beats Bev Mo!

Live in town but had not been to Trader Joes very often. Went in today and the customer service was very poor, especially from our cashier who spoke down to us and just generally seemed miserable. I wish I could say we gave her a reason to but we hadn’t even opened our mouths. Very surprised in general but also because there are 4 other grocery stores within 3 miles.

Just a warning here. Trader Joe’s is using the new credit card readers. This morning, I was asked to insert my card twice because of some error message. I notice the transaction posted twice! Shouldn’t be a surprise. I called the store about it. I was advised I need to bring the receipt and go back to TJ’s to have it corrected. HASSLE! And the parking does SUCK. It’s a sad little strip mall with very little space.

the thing about trader joes is they don’t have produce and meats the way i like to pick my produce and meats. all of their greens are pre-packaged… i like to see the product as a whole and pick my bundles of spinach and kale. i like to pick my steaks or filets of fish. i love that it’s convenient for busy people, but it’s not my favorite everyday shopping. i love trader joes for the little things like sea salt, bread, and pantry staples.

Today I went to Trader Joe’s to buy some groceries. Their are many healthy options to choose from as well as samples to try and maybe buy. Their is also coffee with milk, cream and sugar for you late night shoppers so your covered. During the check out line I noticed that an employee, Lila, was very talkative which had held up the line. About 10 minutes had pasted before we could check out. This is a check out line not a share your journal day. Please limit the amount of time you talk other wise you will loose customers. Other than that this is a very good store that I would recommend. suggesting –Limit talking Pros. — Good quality food — Samples and Coffee

Gotta Love Trader Joes! There is nothing to hate about it really! The price is right, unqique products and customer service is usually pretty nice. I love the quality of the food for the price they have it at.

PARKINGSUCKS. It has sucked since the beginning of them being in that plaza. Please move locations to somewhere with room for the people who want to patronize your store.

Trader Joe’s has always been a great place to pick up a few necessities as novel items regular grocery stores don’t carry. I love how they always have samples and would be willing to open anything(besides alcohol because they don’t have a license) you care to try. The staff at this location are particularly friendly; I remember when purchasing flowers, they informed me that I may return my flowers if even one die before I can gift them. Wow! Prices are typically competitive with Safeway, too with most of the fruits being even cheaper. Avocados are $ 3 for 4 which is a must buy every time we go. One caveat though: the parking situation can get pretty bad. However, we always park in the sushi place next door’s reserved parking spots. No one seems to notice so far usually there are one or two free spots.

one of my favorite markets to visit. love love love the fall pumpkin flavors. pumpkin macarons, pumpkin brittle, pumpkin butter, and cookie butter is amazing. Deliciousness and friendly staff to boot. I can’t wait to go back. the pre-made meals are yummy and decently priced.

My go-to place for lunch salads. They have a huge variety and it is great for a filling yet healthy meal. I also love their wraps, even though this location doesn’t carry the chicken pesto that often(or it runs out). Not sure how Whole Foods can compete. Trader Joes is much more reasonable in pricing and has equal quality food. The store isn’t as big, so you might not find the specialty items, but everything is very fresh.

I’ve grown up with Trader Joe’s, starting in Long Beach, California. Love their products and the fact that I can go into the store and most often than not, find what I need and want. I do wish they would carry some things that I often have to go to another chain grocery story to find, but I’m OK with keeping their store small which means it’s quick for me to get in and out. I love the samples they offer and the small cup of coffee to sip while I shop is just enough. What I absolutely hate is their parking at this location. It’s poorly planned, dangerous, highly trafficked with other retailers in the strip mall and just not good.

My little family enjoys Trader Joe’s for several reasons: portions are good for a couple with a baby, fresh food, the variety they offer, plenty of organic options, staff is pretty cool. Things I don’t like: this location has their grain/wheat products go bad in just days. We’ve had our english muffins, loaves of bread, tortillas get moldy in just 1 or 2 days of purchase. This has caused wasted trips back. The management is nice and says«no problem just let a manager know when you come back», but this doesn’t fix the issues with not having the quality food ready when we want it at home. They say its because there are not preservatives. Great! I guess I’d rather have preservatives than waste money and time buying those products. Also the parking here is HORRIBLE. No place to park, lots of congestion, and just too small of space for a grocery store to compete with all the little retail shops.

I love Trader Joe’s! I would give this store 5 stars but some of the placement of high traffic items is in very tight spots. Also, the parking lot as others say is a disaster and stressful experience.

I had to pick up a few items at Trader Joe’s for the week ie my weekly bananas. I had come around lunch time on a Friday and it was probably the worst idea I had. Finding parking was crazy, but as I have parking powers, I lucked out parking in front of the dry cleaner place and walked over. Folks were very friendly inside and made my trip quite memorable. Though I don’t live nearby and it’s a little far, I wouldn’t mind coming back if it was on my way again.

Love this store! Staff is awesome, friendly, courteous and always responsive to its clients. Always well stocked, unless it’s not in their control. Hours are great and location is perfect. Downside: Parking, Parking, Parking Small parking lot for a very busy shopping center. This is the only Trader Joes for Dublin and Pleasanton so it can get VERYBUSY. Best time to shop is when they open or before 2pm. Otherwise prep yourself with PATIENCe for that CRAZY parking lot!

The worst part about this store is the location. The parking is absolutely horrible. My sister was waiting for me in the car and it was just for a few minutes she ended up seeing someone get backed into. The parking lot is so small and congested I bet it happens all the time. I wish I liked Trader Joe’s more, but I’ve never really been a fan. The fruit looked so suspect here almost like it was rotted already. The selection for other grocery items is quite small as well, it’s always pretty disappointing.

I’m a Trader Joes fan. Here’s the thing, decent prices and special tastes. I love the pomegranate lime aid. Folks swoon for the cookie butter. Fine variety for a small store. 2 buck chuck, always worth the risk. Meat and cheese. Great sweet and savory but mix. Don’t go looking for corn starch out of holiday season though, you won’t find it.

Trader Joe’s is a trip! The food here is more diverse than any grocery store in the Tri-Valley! Customer service is excellent and always helpful. Mind you, there is always a crowd, parking is challenging, and drivers are crazy around this place. But once inside its wonderful!

I can’t quit you Trader Joe’s of Pleasanton! You are conveniently located by the Business Park and freeway making it so tempting to get my weekend shopping done on my lunch hour. And now that you have added more people at the check out lines during lunch time you are making it too efficient for me to give up on you. But for real, the parking situation around lunch time is atrocious.
