We’ve had remotely located services for years and I am finally taking the time to right a review. The Internet is often hit and miss. Sometimes it’s fine others I can’t load a web page. It is completely down/out ALLTHETIME. After many many calls we finally got a call back and decided to upgrade the Internet further. 6mb was promised and most of the time we still run under 1mb. There was absolutely no change. Today it is down once again and as usual no one will pick up the phone or return a call. The support page says its up and running when it’s not. This is not the first we struggle to get a call back. The slow internet is somewhat to be expected where we live but there is no excuse for the poor customer service.

I’ve tried to get Jason out for a return visit since after his first visit he said he thought I might be able to get service with a extension pole off the roof. He said he would be out approx. two weeks to try it. Its been several months with unanswered calls, at this point I would opt out for service knowing that tech support would be the same. Some of us live on the fringe areas making service not possible or unreliable, others are a little more lucky. To bad a business cant take the time to be more customer service friendly. A simple return phone call would of been nice… there for my option is to wait for DSL while I continue with Hughesnet. I’ve also noticed some of there signs advertising in this area have been spray painted with the word«bad»…guess Im not the only one that has had problems with them.
