Service and gun shop deserves less than 1 star, but I can’t give it a 0. At least 8 customers in need of service but the guys behind the counter were too busy bullshitting with a friend, trading«police stories». I had all intentions of making a purchase due to the sale, but decided to go the ¼ mile and drop $ 1000 at Cabelas. For a new store that just opened a few months ago, I’d think that customer service would be a top priority. I guess I was mistaken. I don’t see this store lasting if they don’t get this fixed. My first and last trip.

Now normally I am not the outdoorsy kind of person but as it was the grand opening we had to peek in. If you are into hunting or fishing this is your place. I’ve been in Cabela’s and they are rather similar(Oh look! Stuffed big animals) but I had much more fun in here. We had a good time looking at the knives and such planning on how we would survive the zombie apocalypse but I went all Daryl Dixon when we got to the crossbow/compound bow section. Ok so it was a pink compound bow I tried out and I grumbled about that some but the sales person there was so patient with me explaining how things worked and how I didn’t have to fear the bow. It took him awhile to get the poundage of the pull down to where I could handle it and then he let me test drive that bad boy in their little mini shooting range. I am so hooked now and want one! Not for hunting — for target practice(and the aforementioned zombies) Didn’t look much at their clothing but did note that if you are a guy with a wide foot they have cowboy boots for you — very cool. Great place that is connected to Dick’s Sporting goods(you can walk back and forth between the stores and never go outside) with a great supply of just about anything you’d need for your outdoor lifestyle. I still want that bow!
