Seriously the best place I have ever had! I always get the chicken curry with Tai Tea Boba, OMG, heaven! I always order it to go! Never a long wait, my food is exactly what I ordered and expected when I ordered it!(Super delicious) I also had their vegetarian egg rolls… ufffh! It’s soo good and I love the soy sauce that comes with it! It’s my number 1 spot I go to now whenever I’m around the area :) great customer service. The sandwiches are also very fresh for the size and the quality you get! So I definitely recommend this spot if you like Phở :)

Terrible, terrible, awful, rude service. Why do they ignore you for ten minutes when you enter? Why once you are finally seated, do they ignore you again until you flag someone down and they seem extremely unhappy to take your order? Why do they NOTWRITE down the order? Why do they forget your order until, again, you have to flag someone else down(because the waiter u ordrred from has disappeared making you think you never ordered and imagined the entire episode)? Why do you get only part of your order when the food finally comes? Why do people who obviously hate running a restaurant have a restaurant?

Food: got the phở special with all the meat and stuff. As usual, the pictures shows it with rare meat but in reality, it’s over cooked and dry. The portion is xl only for this noodle. Cost $ 9. Overall, it’s a big portion and filling. However, compared to phở in Rowland heights, it’s not the best. Rowland has phở that are xl yet cheaper but still the same or even better quality. Overall, the phở was good. Service: the woman who was my server was really nice and friendly. Smiled a lot and was helpful with asking the manager to give me instructions on how to get back to Pomona Courthouse. Exterior: at an intersection. Looks like a bar place instead. Interior: not really big. Clean. Overall, I had a good experience there. No service or food problem.

«Phở vi» Vietnamese Food here is pretty good, the restrooms pretty clean and the wait time is pretty god Dam long… This Vietnamese place is more than solid place to sit down and grab a nice bite. Trust me wait kills here to the point you just walk out and walk around the corner to flame Broiler to actually eat within the next Fifteenth unlike the 45– 60 mins waiting for your food the worst part your going to be the only ones there and still wait an hour for your Phở … Ps the here is pretty Good but not the wait time.

Well the food was ok. However, the owner was full blown cussing out his wife because she let a person who wasn’t a guest use their restroom. This lasted probably 20 mins in the dining room. What a distraction while everyone was trying to eat. We won’t be back after that ghetto showdown.

Horrible service!!! Do not go Here. The guy taking orders was rude as hell didn’t even bring me my second drink and had to ask him twice for lemon and jalepenos. Every time we would try to get his attention he’d give us this look like we were bothering him. If you are already in the area hit up Yume Phở house next to The Metro. Way better service and its cheaper.

Not what they use to be the guy Taking the orders is very rude kept. Making several Mistakes everytime i would ask for something. He seemed bother by it and I’m guessing they were getting close to closing time so he brought the check over and was hovering over waiting for Me to pay all i can say i will not be coming back here. If your in the area check out this spot called Yumi Phở its East of 2nd street its really good

Worst service. I order phở with shrimp and a Thai tea. The server only wrote down the phở. He never asked what the other person wanted. I got the phở and asked for extra lemons, I had to ask twice because he forgot. 15 min into eating my phở I had to ask for the Thai tea and he said he forgot. There was a lady sitting in from of us she arrived right when we arrived we were already eating and the man never took her order until she told him. Food is ok, but service is just bad. Also the place doesn’t look clean. I don’t think I’m coming back.

Terrible service, slow, rude and mediocre food at best. Order the phở and Vietnamese coffee, coffee was weak, noodles were over cooked and it took them 45minutes to pay the bill when they were maybe 4 other tables. I would not recommend this place.

This review is not about the food but rather the cleanliness of the restaurant. We walked in last night and the place was a disaster. Every table that wasn’t occupied was littered with trash and dirty dishes. Literally every table. Plus, anytime they would come out to bring a table something, they would not take any of the dishes from unoccupied tables. As a busser, I know that you have to make every trip fruitful. Anyway, the windows were greasy and looked like they hadn’t been washed in over a year. The tables and menus were sticky. The server had to move trash so that we could be seated. Everything generally looked gross. So we were looking at the menu and then realized that if the dining area looked this bad, then the kitchen and other unseen prep./storage areas must be absolutely disgusting. We didn’t want to risk food poisoning so we left. I don’t know how this place received an A but after having taken a restaurant sanitation college course and becoming ServSafe certified, this place does not deserve an A by any means. They should be shut down until they clean up their act. This was literally the most disgusting restaurant that I have every seen. The food might taste good, I don’t know. I am looking into reporting them to the county.

Comically terrible service. I have it 4 stars because the food was decent, and the staff are so rude it’s actually funny. Would eat here again!

Went here with a friend and ordered #87. The diced beef on a boat was– I kid you not– HUGE! I had to have my friend help me finish it, and I’m not the type of person who likes sharing my meals. The price was reasonable — about $ 10 – 11, if I’m not mistaken. The ambience was great; such a great atmosphere to relax in. The workers in here are really nice and attentive. They refilled my friend’s cup several times. Highly recommend.

I dont want to give any star for this place, a zero or if i can, i will make it negative. The service here is so mean, make me feel ashamed with my friends because i am Vietnamese. We went to the store, and we ordered 2 Thai Teas. 2 of my friends went to the restroom for make up, and we sat out for waiting. The owner or waiter started to tell bad thing about us. Unluckily, i could understand what he said :“ĐM nó mua có 2 ly chè thái mà nó ngi đó nói nhm c bui, đi ch khác cho ngi ta làm ăn” translate«Mother f*cker, they just bought only 2 Thai tea, and now they just sat their and talk, get out of the store» I feel so angry, so i stepped out and never came back. Just so you know, when you come here and eat, whatever they talk in Vietnamese, they might tell bad thing about you especially the world«Mother F*cker» Not recommended this place to anybody

I do enjoy the phở, but the service is terrible. My friend and I came in later one evening and felt as if our server wanted us out as soon as she gave us our food. I’ve also called in orders, only to get something completely different that what I wanted. I wanted crispy noodle and got flank steak phở. I wanted beef and got chicken with shrimp. I recommend ordering by item number or trying to order items by their Vietnamese name.

New Review: This place is mediocre. Typical phở, nothing impressive. The staff isn’t all that friendly. The only thing that’s truly great about this place is the location. Sub $ 4 Bahn Mi sandwich is a deal! The phở is good and the staff is very friendly. Always a good lunch spot in downtown Pomona. Close to the Fox and Glasshouse.

This phở restaurant is located near Western U – so it’s pretty convenient for students. This place is located in the safe block of Pomona. I believe it’s near the city hall. Parking was alright, but from that theatre nearby, it can get crowded on a busy night. Upon arrival, the workers didn’t really notice me or seat me. But maybe because it was busy with like three customers? I don’t know. Regardless, I sat myself and waved to have the workers ready to get my order. The food was eh. I ended up with an iced coffee and vermicelli — it definitely wasn’t like the San Gabriel Valley, but it was edible. Nothing too spectacular, but it’ll suffice since we are in the Pomona area. For the price, it was not worth it. The iced coffee was not that great either– nothing to compare with Lee’s coffee. Overall, this place was decent. I would come back, if I was really really really craving Vietnamese food. Other than that, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Turn Ons: — Close to campus Turn Offs: — Food was bleh. — Price was a little pricy for Vietnamese food.

I can see why this place has such low ratings, despite that, it’s still my go to phở place. This place was the first place I ever got phở from, so I feel kind of loyal to them. The owner hacks a lot. A lot. Blows his nose & snorts his boogs, which is gross, but I’m a mom, I can ignore weird sounds & pretend I don’t hear anything when I’m eating. I like the phở here, I’ve always gotten the #20 which is chicken. The chicken is okay. I’m not big on chicken breast & this is just typical chicken breast. My boyfriend likes to get the #1 which has different stuff in it. Or if he can’t have that(he’s a body builder so his allotted foods vary by day) he’ll get like 4 plates of the shrimp spring rolls. I’m a huge fan of their egg rolls. I LOVE them I always have. I don’t like the sauce it comes with, hoisin can fix that. I’ve introduced a lot of people to this place. They seem to enjoy it as much as I do. All in all, I recommend it here. I dig it, but I’m also a white girl who knows nothing about the authentic stuff. ;)

This place is really close to school so we come here a lot. I usually order the boat or the rare steak phở, none of which you can ever go wrong with. But today I ordered the vermicelli and it was really good. Service is not the top notch but it’s very fast. Which is great because we usually come here for lunch. They had coconut water in a whole coconut which was aight. I do recommend this place though for the phở and diced beef steak boat. Parking is close and never an issue.
