These guys are very nice and they are pretty fast when it comes to long lines! The sweet bread here is the best in pomona for sure!

This place is amazing! It is a bit of a hole in the wall but so worth it! If there’s anything wrong u can just tell them and they will comply to your every need! This place has the best carne asada burritos I have ever had. Plus, everything else is really great! I’ve been eating here for years and I have never had a complaint. The people are nice and if u are willing to be adventurous here is the place you wont regret it! I promise!

Best pan dulce around. Gets crowded(I mean, out the door crowded) but it’s worth it if you can conquer the crowd.

Workers are so rude. Misspelled«grandma» on the birthday cake I picked up. The sweet bread is pretty good but the customer service is so bad. Get it together people.

Personally i like there bread and their carne asada burritos are the best but the reason i give a 3 stars is because there stingy with there salsa. First of all there burritos are big and they only want to give you one salsa which there not even all the way filled up. if there salsa is worth that much then at least sell it but they eont even sell me more.

Need to step it up in all areas. Please sanitize the place and get a door. maybe you won’t have a B rating, or flies flying inside the store. Use to love the place but has gone down in quality over time

Good food i come here very often during my lunch. The bread is really good and the tamales are the best in town. The only down side is that they dont have a menu.

If you’re in Pomona and are craving a burrito this is the place to go. Carne asada burritos are delicious! Made with uncooked flour tortilla, rice, beans, cillantro, onion, and salsa. At first, I was skeptical to order food since it looks more like a bakery and less like a resturant. I had heard great things about their bread which is why I initially had gone. So glad I decided to give it a try. In my opinion, they are the best burritos in town. The pan dulce is ok.

Outstanding Quality bread, Customer service just blows it. Cashier is very rude, HE is the reason for this one star review, a person who is constantly in contact with the customers should not represent the business with a serious demeanor & when asked questions nod only with his head. If I can get in contact with the main operator of this bakery or even the owner I will, express to them exactly how disappointing this is. It’s quite sad to see that the quality of their service, completely ruins their overall rating, which in my opinion the bread is 5 star! But unfortunately the terrible customer service kills the overall review. My criticism comes from complete honesty, I would love to see this bakery thrive with better customer service, after all they have the best pan dulce, cakes etc. in all of Pomona! And some surrounding city’s.

Tamale Alert! $ 15. a dozen and made daily, hot from the steamer. Once you step through the door made of elongated plastic strips, you enter into a very clean and large Mexican bakery and food take-out counter. I’ve been here 3 times now, and customer service is hit or miss. My tip, if you have a large order, have them repeat to you. The cashier was flustered today(my 3rd visit) and got my burrito order wrong, but I caught the chef making it at the heat table. The cashier started arguing with the customer after me about her order. This is a «but her face» situation, deal with the possible grouchy cashier in return for good homemade food. The tamales are average size; the pork tamal has the most filling of the three. I’ve also tried the bean burrito with Rajas $ 5.50, and the enchilada combo plate $ 6.50. The tortillas used in the burritos tasted homemade. The enchilada combo comes covered in lettuce and crema, so order without if you don’t want a salad on top of your enchiladas. Located in the most dismal strip mall at Holt and Fairplex, You might want to take a friend if you’re afraid of occasional panhandler and the skid row vibe. It’s strange that there is no menu board(what?) letting you know what to order or what anything costs. They also make mole, burritos, tortas, tamales, chiliquilles, chili rellenos, tacos, and on the weekends, they make menudo. There are 3 small tables inside. If you’re a Mexican sweet bread fiend, this place impresses, and they have large cakes ready to go. They also sell tiny crème puffs with strawberries. So many things to try here, so I am hooked. They are open from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and charge a fee to use your debit card.

I love the tamales here they have good flavor and the champurrado is also delicious. However, the service is horrible ! I mean really horrible ! There is no customer service and when they get busy it gets even worse. The cashier who was there was very rude and not professional at all. If you want tamales you have to get there early morning because they run out real quick and your stuck with the left overs especially on the weekends.

The food here is usually very good. The service is always very bad I keep coming back because I love there pan dulce and there tamales well this time the tamales where not all the way done I ask if I can exchange one because I throw the other one away and the lady gave me an attitude saying I was lying. She u rap the tamale and touched it all over trying to make a point but that just made it worst for me. Sorry folks but you just lost 3 customers that might not mean anything to you. All I know we are probably some of what’s more to come. I heard a few people talking about it. What’s worst is they where saying(and they called them selfs Christians!!!) Never coming back

The bread is always on point but their customer service is just so unprofessional. I understand they are always busy and have a high demand but as a regular customer I have a limit as to how much I tolerate their rudeness. Today I had the worst experience I have to share: To begin with, they have no menu nor have any kind of signs that shows how much each bread is. As a mathematician I always estimate how much I might spend that way I know if I’m being overcharged but you just never know here and really have to trust your cashier which I must add are usually the most rude ones. So today I wanted to make sure how much the conchas were to know how many to buy with the money I had. I asked an employee who was putting away some bread in a friendly manner and in Spanish. She looked at me and turned around and then began talking to another employee. At this point I should have left but I didn’t so I asked another employee who was busy making tortas but seemed a lot more polite than the other. She honestly did not know but gave me an estimated price. Suddenly the rude employee who dissed me came to me to ask me what my question was in a bad mood. I couldn’t believe she had the nerve to come back to me. They’re supposedly a Christian bakery yet I find it so ironic considering how poorly they treat their customers. Anyways, thank you for taking the time to read my opinion. I hope the owners get to know this feedback and do something about the couple rude employees they have which don’t get me wrong, not all of them are mean; seems it’s only the cashiers. And they do it to everyone, young, old, and also if you speak Spanish or not.

Their Pan Dulce is always fresh, There is a pretty big selection so its hard not to get carried away. Their tamales are really good we’ve order chicken, pork, and cheese. They get really busy during the holiday’s so you have to place your order in early if you want to order by the dozen. The tres leches cakes are awesome never dry and not overly sweet just perfect, my family always complements us on the cakes and ask where we get them from. Overall I think this place is great. Its the only bakery I have ever been to were everything seems fresh and tastes as such. The area isn’t to great there is the social services office across the street but we’ve never had a problem coming here. It definitely worth a try.

Customer service over the phone is so rude!!! I called to see the prices about their cakes and the lady was so rude to me saying she did not have time to answer my questions because she has other calls … Really!!! Now I hear their pastries are delicious but with customer service like that I rather not go !!!

Tamales for fight night** I’ve been here a few times. Luckily I have not encountered the horrible service people mentioned. Yesterday we came in to buy tamales for the boxing fight. We bought chicken and pork. Tamales are hood here!!! Price: 1 dozen is $ 15. Their pan dulce is good too!!! I personally like this panaderia. I’m big on customer service so I hope I don’t get the rude cashiers that have been mentioned. They also have a large variety of hot food. Tacos.tortas. .menudo.Chile verde.tamales. chilaquiles.

The bread is great! It is always fresh and perfectly made. The food is also good. If I were to base my review on that alone, I would give this bakery 4 stars. The bad: the area is not the best. I don’t mind the homeless people asking me for money, even if they get a little aggressive. My wife on the other hand, does not feel safe going by herself or with my son. Some people will take this in stride so everyone is different. The ugly: the service is terrible sometimes. I’ve given the young lady a pleasant greeting and smile and she has still acted rude. Even my wife commented to me after the second time it happened. But it gets worse, the heavy set guy that works there usually charges me over a dollar more for the same exact thing I always get. I’ve stood there at the counter waiting for him to even acknowledge that I’m waiting to pay. The last straw was the last time I was there, I handed him the money for my purchase. When he was going to give me the change, I put my hand out to receive the change. He slammed the money down and turned away without making eye contact. Bad service, a bad area, and I walk away feeling like I got ripped off, no thanks. I’ll keep looking for another bakery, or even better start eating healthier.

Horrible service ! How can you enjoy something after you Get treated like crap ? My question is . If the owners don’t know about this people’s bad attitude? Or they just don’t care because they get their clientele anyways?

The place is good for its mexican bread. It would have 5 stars but they need to get rid of the cashier guy. The so many times that I have been here, I always hope he aint there. He makes my visit so unpleasant. Hes so rude!!! No hi and no thank u. Someone please show him some good customer service and manners or dont put him there. The asada tacos are good. Everything is good but him. Una persona k tiene ese caracter sin educacion no merece estar tras un mostrador, donde gracias a nuestro dinero, el esta ahi. Enseñenle a tratar bien alos clientes. Si por cada groseria ke hace esta persona me regalaran un costal de harina, spikes ya fuera mio jajajaja Repito: no sabe como tratar alos clientes. Haganlo saludar y decir gracias :) gracias bye
