Super friendly, pricing not too bad, excellent customer service. No pressure sales, willing to cut a deal, for a small business, packed with bikes!

Had to get a tune up and tried these guys due to groupon. The shop was a little hard to find– my GPS took me the wrong way. I called the shop and I was only a block west of them. It’s in a strip mall near a pizza Hut and a dry cleaners. It’s a little run down from the outside but they have a ton of awesome bikes inside. The service was great! They took my bike, scanned my groupon, and had it ready in a couple hrs. They did a great job, the bike needed a ton of adjustments and it rides like new!

Awesome people. They are honest and their prices are a lot better then other shops.
We send all our friends and family to them. I wish my car place was as honest as these guys.
They are going to tell you what the best and safest thing to do is.

We love going to this bike shop. We have bought all our bikes from Izzy and Vinnie. Great bikes, a nice selection of clothing, helmets, accessories of all kinds and awesome prices. They really take care of you and the whole families bike needs. They are true bike enthusiasts and have the pictures on the walls to prove it. Worth a trip into their shop to just hear all their amazing stories and stay to buy a bike or 2.

Horrible customer service.
Called for price and stock on an item and they were just too busy to check quantity of stock and price. They did say they had the part, however, I would have to come in for a price and quantity. I will not use this company.

The guys at B&J are outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t gouge me. I brought my bike from home where I always am able to bring it to my regular shop. I had some repairs that were not major, but still required some skill and service. They did a great job and did it fast. I had a similar situation with a store in Miami. They treated me as if my needs were too trivial. I will not go back there. I will go to B&J though and they will get any future service and accessory purchases. By the way, they do have an amazing selection of new Bikes.

What a wonderful experience! I called with several questions and took a ride over to check out the inventory. I found exactly what I was looking for and was in and out the door in 30 minutes. I asked to have the bikes delivered and was told that the delivery truck was out of commission. (This was supposed to be a gift for my out-​of-​town husband) Upon hearing that, one of the owners attached a bike rack to his car and immediately delivered them to my house!
Unbelievable.
This is one of the best retail businesses in south florida. I cannot recommend them enough.

We purchased our bikes from this place and we glad we did it! These guys have been in business for a long time, family owned and operated company. They have a good selection of bikes. Two brothers run the place, they are very knowledgeable, helpful and won’t pressure you. Very reasonable pricing and if you need something he doesn’t have, he’ll order it for you. My husband and I must have spent over an hour looking at bikes and asking questions. Ezio took our measurements and we ended up ordering two Trek mountain bikes we loved. They arrived as promised. We also bought helmets, a bike rack, pump and he made a good deal on them. Ezio is a great guy and genuinely honest. He’s accommodated our needs and provided simply great service, we’ll definitely be coming back for all our bike needs and recommend your shop highly!

I had two experiences with this shop, one good, one not so good. They have the best selection of accessories in my area, which is one reason why I visited twice.
The first time I walked in for a bike tune-​up and they were very busy. I mentioned off-​hand that I was going to walk home and back when he was done and he said he’d service my bike right away. 20 minutes later I was on my way. Great service.
The second time I brought my bike to get new shifters and tires on a Tues afternoon. They didn’t have what I needed in house and told me the parts delivery had just come and they wouldn’t be able to get anything until Friday. I was going out of town on Fri and needed to bring my bike with me so I said I’d be back early the next week. While I was there he called the parts company and then told me the shifters were already ordered. We then looked at a tire catalog, picked out some tires and he said he was going to order them as I was leaving. I came back the next Wed and when I walked in I said I was there for the work we discussed last week. He said, «You were going to let me know,» to which I said, «No, you told me you ordered the parts last week (Tues) and we agreed I would bring in my bike on Tuesday.» While disagreeing with me he went into the back and found the shifters that he said he didn’t have. Then he said he’d be able to get the tires in a couple days. I left my bike there (Wed) and by Fri afternoon he called to follow up and throw the parts guy under the bus, saying that the tires were «in another warehouse» and that he was telling the parts guy that «the customer is mad,» but that he expected them that day and would call me when ready. Hours passed and I called to make sure it would be done before they closed. He said they still didn’t have the tires, but would that day.
An hour later he calls to tell me the bike is ready and I go over. The price was slightly higher than he had quoted me, but the guy who sold me everything wasn’t there and I wasn’t in the mood to haggle over a 10 – 15 bucks. Also, I’m not an advanced bicyclist who gets bike work done all the time, so I didn’t think to ask, but they did not match the model of shifters that they were replacing and instead went with a cheaper model. Since it’s a casual-​use bike I just assumed that the cheaper price was better, but I would have preferred him to ask what I wanted. I assumed he was replacing the same model shifters. A day or so later I also noticed that my cup holder is now broken, which I hadn’t noticed before the service, so I’m a little skeptical about whether they broke it or not and didn’t tell me, but I’m not positive. They also put some new gashes in my handle bar.
Overall the guys are friendly, they have a good amount of parts and accessories, and when they can they work very quickly. My guess is that they’re pretty busy and they don’t write everything down which screws things up once in a while. Unfortunately that meant a couple day delay in having my bike ready and a little bending of the truth on the shop’s end. Add in some cosmetic damage to my bike and I might second guess returning there the next time I need bike service.

I wandered in with my second-​hand tri bike because I couldn’t seem to get my cadence monitor to work. Someone quickly helped me out, and managed to get it working in a minute or two (despite my 2 bike-​guru friends not being able to get it working).
Friendly, competent staff :)
I’m sure I’ll be back here for my bike needs.
