The best service I have ever received I have had my bike business for 20 years just pedal yourself bikes, I looked high and low at all the electric bikes on the market read all the reviews, went on countless test drives and have lots of friends that own all kinds of electric bikes and the only ones that are happy own Prodeco products. I purchased the Outlaw 1200 Red on 05/​19/​2015 and it was shipped out on 05/​22/​2015. I settled on this bike because of the great communication from the service team at Prodeco from the Lady that answers the phone to the man that works in there shop. My time is valuable to me as everyone else’s and a few small problems turned to a lifetime friendship. Michael & Luis are a team I think they share the same brain keeping me posted on every move a throttle problem and a charger problem solved and back on my bike with a smile on my face. I ride this bike about 30 miles everyday and on most weekends I travel at least 100 miles I love this bike (Outlaw 1200 Red) you have to get use to this bike it has a lot of power but once you do and you get on another brand you think you went from a Cadillac to a Yugo. My recommendation if you are going to buy a electric bike talk to all brands ride as many as you can do your home work. Then find Prodeco and enjoy. I am a loyal owner of a ProdecoTech Phantom XR. I wish to highly recommend this LEV line of bikes with confidence and a big cheesy smile. At 41, it has allowed me commute on a regular basis but more importantly it has given me a new way to ride, simply put, further and faster. Do the research and buy a ProdecoTech. They even have a full on titanium framed masterpiece… Titanio. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from this company unless you do all of your riding indoors. Even a small amount of water can critically damage the motor on these bikes and the Warranty does not cover water damage, a fact they conveniently leave out of their product description. Customer service is rude and clearly content with not helping at all. I now have a $ 2200 un-​rideable e-​bike. Please learn from my misfortune and do not give more money to these jerks! There are plenty of other manufacturers that actually stand behind their product

What a horrible experience I had with this company. Bike shows up with minor flaws, paint blemishes, etc. But it’s made in America, so I would overlook that. Then, less than 30 miles on the bike… THE FRONT BrAKE comes off! As if there was no quality control at all. How could you miss that? I lost control and crashed, still in pain from this mishap. The company’s response was to send me a new brake part, that I had to install. What a disreputable way to do business! On top of that, the specs were WAY OFF! I am lucky if I get 10 miles and 11 MPH with this load, a lot less than advertised. I would avoid this company at all costs. You get what you pay for. Want your new bike to fall apart when you’re flying down a hill and crash? Then this is the bike for you!
