The board that was listed was custom with LED lights over the wheels AND in front, PINK, bluetooth, Samsung battery, remote, free bag, AND free solar charger! The photos listed two different shades of pink so I messaged the seller and got a very quick response. Rose responded to my message answering my question and also provided a phone number. I called and asked if there was any way to text me photos of the board so I can be sure it was the correct shade of pink that my daughter wanted. She did so with no hesitation. Once I placed my order, my item shipped the very next day. I received it in two business days and everything was exactly as it should be. I had an excellent experience with Rose from Bikes XPress!
