Domino’s Pizza

Ordered a pizza at 11:15pm on a Sunday night. They close at midnight. At midnight as I’m expecting the driver to deliver my pie I receive a phone call from the store and the kid gave me some BS story about how they don’t have any dough and they have to cancel my order. They could have easily called me back sooner instead of leaving me hanging and hungry. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this type of experience at this store. This location is just terrible.

I literally live 0.4 miles away from this location and I ordered delivery one night because I had a few drinks. I ordered online and of course they have the order tracker. Well I got a notification on my phone about 45 minutes after ordering and it said «I hope your enjoying your hot and delicious food» well I wasn’t because I haven’t received it. I waited 15 more minutes and then phoned the store. They said the driver is out with our order but he had 3 orders. Well since I live .4 miles away I’d assume they’d bring this one first. Nope. I ended up getting the food 1 hours 40 minutes after ordering. On the bright side, the food was extremely hot, which makes me think the person who answered the phone lied. Horrible service but hot food!

Ok I was going to complain about waiting too long but right before I posted the delivery guy knocked on my hotel room door. It was about 50 mins that I waited but it was worth waiting for. The order was on point and the delivery guy was funny and nice. They even threw in extra marinara and ranch dips to go with my wings and pizza.

Pizza and cheesy bread was alright but it was incredibly fast delivery just before they closed. I think the pizza guy must have skipped the elevator at our hotel and ran up the stairs

The online system said 22 – 34 minutes for delivery but it actually took just over an hour. I called around minute 55 and the girl at the store said «our store doesn’t work with the online system» and told me the guy was out with my food and if it didn’t arrive in 5 minutes to call her back. It was around 5 minutes when it got there I ask him why it took an hour. «We’re busy» — I again told him what online said and he started to tell me how this system is wrong too. I told him if they know that, they should start making some calls both to the Corporate offices AND to customers expecting their food much sooner than it will arrive. So, I got my pizza. It was cold. Not so tasty. Terrible experience. Waste of $ 20.00 (yeah, I still tipped him — this problem is not likely the fault of the delivery person, but the manager at this store). It has literally been YEARS since I’d ordered Dominos and based on this experience, it will be my last time. I only ordered from here because my favorite local shop was already closed for the evening.

The delivery took long to get there but the pizza was kind of good and the guy took long to take our order the bottom line — 3 star

It is a shame I actually have to give them a star rating. One star is being generous.
My boyfriend and I decided to order pizza tonight. Although I am not a fan of Dominoes that is what he prefers.
First we went to another Dominoes location. They were out of hand-​tossed pizza dough. We left and went to this location. We tried to get the special of $ 5.99 for pizza and/​or pasta. They refused to give us that deal in the store so we stepped outside and and quickly ordered on our phone. Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one order of pasta, and one order of cheesy bread. We received an email stating it would be 20 – 25 minutes. Thirty minutes later we asked if our order was ready. They said something about missing our cheese pizza and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited. Another 15 minutes later we asked again and were told it would be another five minutes. We waited… again. My boyfriend finally went inside to ask if the pizza was ready. At that time they said that they had not made the pizza and were putting it in the oven at that time and it would be another 10 minutes. At this time it had been almost an hour. They offered us a credit for our next order. I asked what they planned to do TONIGHT since we had been waiting and kept being told that it would be another 10 minutes. The ‘manager’ agreed to give us our order for free. Of course, they failed to mention that the quality would be below average. The cheese pizza had little to no sauce. The cheesy bread looked like it was just plain pizza dough with some cheese thrown on top. Almost every bite of the chicken in the pasta was full of gristle. Overall, the taste was horrible.
It seems we were not the only ones that were having issues. Another man was in the store at the same time and had been waiting quite a while. I watched as he asked the ‘manager’ three times if she was sure his pizza was in the oven. Each time she assured him it was. Finally, the fourth time he asked she said she would check. Five minutes later she told him they were making it and it would be in the oven shortly.
Dominoes has a serious lack of customer service and organization. It should not take an hour to get a pizza and we certainly should not have had to keep asking. The ‘manager’ seemed to only want to give people excuses and lies. She was quick to offer a store credit for the next visit but who would want to return after that experience??? There are too many pizza places in the area… all better than this fast food version of good pizza. I will not be ordering again.

Today I decided to order domino’s since years I was ordering in papajohns, i really regreat my choice, my pizza was deliver 1 hr and 10 min late, i was on hold by the store (pompano beach, fl parkway) for 15 minutes. My pizza was cold and i had the worse chicken wings ever, the pizza was horrible too; they give me store credit, after eating i decided that i want my money back, horrible food and service.

Are you people high?
Dominos is one of the worst pizzas out there competing with Little Caesars and Pizza Hut for the absolute bottom of the barrel. The same people who think any of those places are good are the same ones who like eating the Alpo dog food served at Taco Bell.
And yes I know about the «new and improved» Domino’s recipe. And guess what? It’s slightly less crappy than the original recipe and that means it’s still one of the crappiest pizzas out there.
I suppose if I thought Bong water was one of the four food groups I might like this crap too.

We order about once a week from Domino’s and are big fans. We’ve tried pizza from everywhere and most of them are good, Domino’s new recipe is as good or better than any of them. The new chicken is real good (I liked the old too)
Their online ordering is second to none (kids love to do the ordering), it always gets here quick, hot and correct and the price can’t be beat.

I hate to be so positive about a chain restaurant, but I just love Domino’s pizza, especially the new recipe. I order pizza from this place about once a week. They always get the order correct and the delivery is fast. It’s cool if you order online, you can actually track the progress of your order.
The thin crust pizza is my favorite. Very nice garlic-​flavored crust, tasty sauce and fresh toppings. Unlike many other places, the toppings are evenly distributed. The amount of cheese and sauce used is perfect.
I am sold on Domino’s!

Very fast delivery. The delivery guy was a hoot. The pizza, we got 2 thin crusts were ok. Mine was overcooked and had hardly any cheese. The other one was perfect. Their new recipe is tasty.
