I had an amazing experience at this For Eyes branch coming in for a routine Eye exam and a new set of custom glasses. From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out which was about an hours’ time, the 3 individuals I had interaction with, The Front Desk, The Doctor & Lauren were all friendly with smiling faces that performed above and beyond my expectations. If you want to feel important and deserve amazing service that you know you deserve then this is your spot for all your Optometry needs.

This should be a minus. They advertise on TV and I tried to make an appointment over the Internet — twice. Filled out the forms, etc., and sent them off three days apart. Heard nothing. Called and got a voice mail that they were either with a patient, at lunch or it was after hours, and leave a message. I tried to leave a message and the mailbox was full! It then said to enter an extension if I wished to speak with someone else, but not having a clue as to extension numbers, I pressed ‘0’ and got another voice mail … all of this at 1 PM in the afternoon. Forget about this company who has ZERO customer service.

Great service at this location too. Staff is friendly and attentive. I went to get my glasses adjusted and ended up finding the perfect frame to make my new glasses. Thank you, I highly recommend this location. The manager Aileen was great and very attentive.

Had an amazing experience with this location for my 9 yr old daughter. The staff was amazing, very attentive and informative. The dr was amazing, took her time to interact with my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. Service was 5 star quality and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I am very happy about my experience at this location. The people there treated me super nice. They were honest and tried to accommodate all my specifications and needs. I was impressed with all the frame choices. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

My experience was perfect. Everyone was so helpful and very professional. They have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. I will definitely return to get my glasses and contacts here. It was a pleasure doing business with this group of professionals.

Beware of this For Eyes location. The employees are idiots. I called them more than a week in advance to make an eye appointment and also asked them to check if my vision benefits were applicable. The receptionist that answered told me that this wouldn’t be a problem and that they would let me know when I came in. I arrived for my appointment and deliberately asked them about if they had checked my vision benefits. They told me not to worry about it. Unfortunately for me, I believed them. However, when I had completed my routine eyeglass exam, I was informed that the idiot receptions actually were not able to find my insurance and therefore did not check my benefits. Because they did not inform me of this until after I had completed the exam, my $ 10 exam turned into a $ 119 exam because I was one week too early to use my benefits. Obviously, if these people had done their job like I requested them to, I would have rescheduled for the week after. I can only surmise that they chose not to tell me of the issue until after the completion of the exam because they were planning to rip me off. They succeeded. I will never patronize this store again and I will also spread the word to everyone I talk with. If I could give them a negative star, I would.
