Starbucks

I always get good service and inaccurate order usually at all Starbucks this one was really screwed up bad. I’ve never received the service I expected out of all the rest of the Starbucks. The man accepting the money was having a very bad night because they wouldn’t let him do his job. And the person that made my order really screwed it up. And and all the rest of the Starbucks I’ve ever done and they always give me the screw up plus my order. I don’t think I ever want to come back to this one.

I have had consistency at this Starbucks though they are harder for me to get too — but that’s my problem not yours — staff is far more mature here than other local Starbucks — more adults hanging out here though they have less seating — some outdoor seating and a drive thru — parking lot sucks here — love being able to order through my mobile app

This is pretty much my go to store, I only have to go through one street light to get here so it is really convenient. I usually go through the drive thru because it’s really annoying to park there because it’s already tight, and if their que gets in front of the store you have to wait till 2 cars leave just to back out. Their drive thru is super quick though and ⁹⁄₁₀ times they get my drink perfect. Even tho they can only fit 3 cars at a time they get through the line really quick. The staff their is really friendly. Probably my favorite store in the area, plus it’s really easy to study their too all their chairs and tables are by the walls which have outlets so it’s really awesome when you know you probably need to charge your phone or computer. If the parking was a little better the store would be perfect (I usually park by the AT&T when I stop inside

While on vacation, one of my companions failed to bring coffee, and could not seem to start their day without it. Enter Starbucks…
We located a Starbucks to help aid the caffeine fiend in our company. The place was packed – what, is this the only Starbucks around??? The drive thru line was ridiculously long, so we went inside to sit and drink coffee and enjoy a tiny bit of food.
The Starbucks featured the La Boulange foods that the Bay Area Starbucks also offer. The girl behind the counter was friendly and very helpful – I cannot say the same for the pushy, rude, impatient woman behind me, but she has nothing to do with Starbucks, just an unwanted extension to my experience.
We found a little table in a corner and enjoyed our coffee and treats. Another employee spoke to us cordially, and another cleared our table as we finished our items. This place had great service and an impeccable staff.

God awful service. No welcome to Starbucks, no thank you, especially from the tattoo covered girls especially. No sense of courtesy or customer service word definition. If Starbucks was not such a habit for many, these drug users and college drop outs, these fake and disgusting human trash people would be homeless which wouldn’t be such a bad thing after how rude they treated me and older ladies before me. I always treat the elder as my own grandparents because THEY ARE. To someone. Show respect and than people won’t pre judge the ugly tattoos, the low IQ’s and complete nonsense you find to be useful knowledge of alcohol and drug measurements

I love this Starbucks. It’s a very small location and occasionally the drive thru line gets backed up to the street but they do a good job, are very friendly and expeditious. Very satisfied with my experiences here.

By far my favorite Starbucks! All the dudes are hot and friendly. The one supervisor ray is super friendly and helpful and cute in a creepy old man way. There’s a kid with kankles that is always friendly too. Great store

Nice place to study, very clean, and the music wasn’t so loud. Service was horrible. I was sitting for 5 minutes waiting for my chai latte to be called. I then approached the counter and when the employees noticed me walking to the counter (I noticed my drink sitting there:/) then they played it off saying «chai latte». I asked them if it’s been sitting there for a while and they laughed and said yes. I am still trying to figure out what’s so funny.

I work close to this starbucks… It’s the closest with a drive thru. I’ve been coming here about a year now. I love the baristas at this location.
In that time I have never had a negative experience. I get the biggest kick when they know me by my car and already know what I want. Service is quick. My coffee is always right and the notice if I change my order. Very nice group of people at this location!!!

Always a fan of Starbucks. You pay a little more money but it is much nicer on the inside and they never mess up your order. I can’t say the same for the spelling of your name on your coffee though.

Seriously, between Starbucks, my keurig, and my new desire to buy a nespresso machine. I need some kind of coffee AA. can’t get enough and Starbucks makes the best out of any drive thru type place!
This is the closest drive thru starbucks location to me. Drive thru is very important when you have an infant in the backseat! I love this location and have always had great and friendly service here!
I either get the caramel macchiato or the vanilla latte. Always Iced, nonfat milk, and with an extra expresso shot. yum!
Tried their banana bread once too and it was pretty tasty!

Great service, nice inside quieter than most. I would give less stars though because the configuration of this Starbucks doesn’t make sense but their service outshines.
If you park in the front of the store, their drive thru wraps around to direct the cars in line to line up right behind the parked cars in front of the building. It’s a narrow parking lot so basically during peak hours if you’ve gotten in your trapped, or you can’t get in to park in front because the drive thru line is so long.
Poor planning. Great service.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Fast drive through comfortable inside area with reliable wifi and optimal seating.
It very hard to be all that opinionated about a place that runs on a standard operating procedure that is very much the same at all locations. The biggest thing that sets them apart from one another to me is the layout and this one is good.

This Starbucks, located in a small strip plaza, has a drive-​thru, which is very convenient, though my friend and I didn’t use the drive-​thru, we entered the establishment to get some breakfast on the go. There is outdoor seating, and inside are your typical sofa chairs for browsing the internet, as well as indoor seating (tables and chairs).
The young man behind the register was very friendly and patient, and even went through the trouble of asking people which pastry they wanted, instead of just grabbing the first one on the shelf, and he’d also verify if the one he selected was okay. He made a few jokes and recommendations on pastries, noting that the one I chose was one of his favorites (guess we both have good taste!).
I got a raspberry swirl pound cake and my friend got a slice of banana bread, and we both enjoyed our pastries. We got hot chocolates for the road and we were set, though my hot chocolate could have used some whipped cream. I would not mind coming here again if in the area, as service was friendly and efficient.

Worst customer service at a Starbucks EVER! Very rude. I asked to have a Skinny Iced Mocha Latte, but I wanted it blended like a frap (I didn’t want the frap base because it is extremely high in carbs!). The woman who was making my drink tried to convince me I wanted a frappacino but I explained to her 3 times that I didn’t and my reasoning why. Then she proceeded to tell me that the only way they could blend it in the blender like a frap was if it was a frappacino (which is a bunch of crap because I get it done all the time at my home town store in Indiana). FINALLY the cashier had to chime in and correct the barrista and let her know that they could do that after I said never mind and was on my way out. Never going back EVER again. Awful service.

Love the Starbucks app. It makes ordering coffee easy! ‘I’m going to tell you right off the bat I like strong coffee. Give me Italian Roast, Greek Coffee, Turkish coffee, Cuban coffee, Jamaican coffee you got the picture. I do not like a weak bland cup of coffee. This is why i love Starbucks! They serve varying degrees of strength of coffees. You can have your way, and i mean that literally. Fat free, soy, whole milk, black, or ½ 1/​2, extra shot you name it.
Starbucks makes wonderful baked goods, sandwiches, snacks, and they serve yogurt. Whatever floats your boat stop in and pick up a cup of hot joe!
