I went there today and was totally disappointed in the service. When I got to the window the guy tried to give me someone else’s order. Once I got mine I noticed it had regular fries instead of criss cut. When I informed him of his second mistake he gets an attitude and tells me to pull around and that he’ll bring it to the parking lot. After waiting there 10 – 15 minutes I leave. I went through the drive thru, not because i’m lazy, but don’t have much time. I ended up having to eat my burger on the way while stopped at red lights. I tried to call a complaint once I got back to work with no luck. I called twice just for the phone to ring about 15 times per call. The food is good, but it takes more then that to get my business. I don’t see myself returning because there are WAY too many restaurants in this area for bad service.(and alot cheaper)

It’s been a long time coming, but now Port Arthur has a great burger place. Seems that a few storms, and a hurricane delayed the inevitable; but Carl’s Jr. has finally arrived. The wait has been worth it. Give props to the standard burger places, if you want that, but if you want to taste a TRUE $ 6 burger with fresh ingredients and juices from the Angus beef, go get a Carl’s. I won’t spend the time on describing each one, you will have to go see them for yourself, and understand that being they are still new and filling the burger drought that has plagued Southeast Texas; the wait will be long, but worth every minute of it. Now quit reading and go get you some great American beef that is sure to make your stomach happy, and make you look for an early nap to enjoy the BIG burger you just ate. As we say in these parts: Cest Bön!
