Pitiful at best please don’t waste your time going here the service is horrible the «buffet» as its called (what a joke) is mostly empty as they pay little attention to it. There is no body there that has any authority and every one there definitely hates there job. I would love to meet the franchise owner who ever he is if he is alive that is as I can not believe that this place is not payed attention to at all if it was i would not be writing this and there were other people there complaining as well to no avail .What a idiot the owner is not having a clue how it’s being run. I would not ever go here again and you should not either unless you enjoy going to a buffet with most of the items missing and no one cares about it thus the items are not replaced diminishing your choice to just a few items hardly the definition of a buffet.

I was here just a bit ago and the food (not buffet) was pretty good. I mean it’s pretty much just the same as all other KFCs I’ve been to. I would probably not dine in at this location ever again, but maybe just drive through. And you can read why I would not dine in here next. I would also advise everyone to check their orders before leaving, they seem a bit forgetful.
This restaurant and its service was definitely not up to par. I know this is a fast food restaurant, but the people who work there is just stupid and rude. I was asked by the cashier for here or to go, so I said for here. Pretty simple right? No. I had to ask for a tray and plate… and utensils. Why weren’t there utensils in the bag? Who knows. And they also forgot my mashed potatoes. The cashiers was like typical teenagers, rolling their eyes. It’s your fault for being forgetful and can’t get things right. That’s why I have to ask for things, so why are you giving me attitude.
The room for dine in is not completely awful. The salt shaker was wet but not the table… Which is very sketchy. If I would have used it then whatever on the shaker would drip into my food. Ew. And there was a fly in the dining room, near the buffet and soda station. That is very unsanitary. Not completely awful but could be better.

I’ve been to this KFC 3 times, and only for the buffet each time. As far as the average KFC buffet that I’m used to, this one is sub-​par in quality and size of selection. Last time I was there was when my kids were in town for Christmas 2007… mediocre again, and I’ve never been back, even though I lived two blocks aways for a year.
