Just ordered lunch at work, they were 15 minutes late, did not honor my coupon and brought spaghetti instead of Ziti. This was the first time we tried this place obviously its the last time. We threw the menu in the garbage. Good luck.

Decent pizza and salad. Miserable delivery experience. Ordered at 5:10pm. Quoted 45 – 55 minutes. Ok. Called at 6:15 to check. «It’s on it’s way!» Called again at 6:30. Basically told«fu– it’s on it’s way.» Got yelled at and told it’s my fault for ordering from them when I live so far away.(Exactly 4 miles). Ok, guess I won’t do that again. Nice attitude. Food arrived cold at 6:41.

My co-workers and I like trying new places for lunch, but personally I will NEVER order from here again. First of all who ever answered the phone did not know what they were doing, she called me back to confirm my order and still got my salad dressing wrong. I ended up paying 15 $ for a Chicken Cesar salad. This is the most EXPENSIVE salad I have ever purchased and honestly there was nothing special about the salad. I cant even imagine what an entrée here cost !! The portion was okay but next time I am better off ordering from Chopt. Will not be ordering from here again.

this place is horrible. i ordered a large spaghetti(pasta over cooked) with garlic and oil and shrimp. what a waste of $ 20.00. no flavor– drowning in oil. shrimp was way over cooked and only came with 7 shrimp. the whole reason i ordered a large was for more shimp i ended up with all pasta which went into the trash. $ 11.50 for large pasta and $ 6.00 extra for 7 shrimp. you gotta be joking. plus they didnt even send parmesan cheese.

Thought we would give this place a try now that they are under a new name. Ordered two large pies on 5/3, one pepper and they had no idea what was meant by a pepper pizza. Had to explain no, do not add extra black pepper we are looking to have green sweet peppers on the pizza. Had to repeat this a few times. The other was ordered as half meatball and half pepperoni. Ended up with meatball and pepperoni on the entire pie. We were told the wait was 45 minutes. Hmmm, that long on a Sunday after 7pm? Arrived within 30 minutes and the pies were ready but just lukewarm. For the cost of almost $ 40.00 this was very disappointing. The taste and texture was like all they did was just reheat already prepared pies and added on the toppings. I just don’t get it, how can you do such a bad job on something you do all day long? Serving products in this fashion will not keep the doors open for long. Wish I could have given a better review.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for years and have watched it change owners a few times. The current change to D’onofrio’s has been the best. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, my favorite is the Pesto D’onofrio pasta. It’s perfect for quality food at an amazing price.
