I work for «Mary E» in Setauket — we recently had a disaster that flooded a lower level and office area causing considerable damage. ServPro was called immediately and what a life saver. They did the remediation, move out of contents into Pods, and just completed the move back in after the area was reconstructed We could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and the crew. I recently had a flood in my house. My entire basement was under water. I was a mess! The technician that came to my home was so caring and professional. His name was Johnny B. I’ll never forget his name because that’s my dads name. He calmed me down and told me exactly what he was going to do to rectify my situation. He worked his butt off all day till way past dark bringing in all these big fans air purifiers and water vacuums moving all our personal belongings with care my house is even cleaner than it was before the flood! I was just so impressed by this man and his great service I just have to share my experience. Thank you ServPro and especially thank u Johnny B!
